We were lucky enough to be able to get a quick make time due to it not yet being high season for wedding parties... another three quality shoes for our family. Such great personalised service for over 15yrs now. We will definitely come again on our next trip to Phnom Penh.

I have asked here before we went and recieved encouraging messages. All were abolutely true, so thank you all! We went there on Thursday (our tuk-tuk driver knew the shop already..... write to me for contact if you want). The shop was very busy but they took the measurment in a no time and promised delivery the nex Friday. All I had to do was to call the day before and make sure the shoes will be ready. We have ordered 4 pair of oxford-type shoes (me and my mom). Mine were OK, they were even able to calculate a "shrinking factor" because my feet were swollen. My mom´s shoes are a bit loose, no idea what went wrong there..... Still a very pleasant experience and good value for the money.

Il m’a d’abord fallu localiser l’endroit pour l’application PassApp, et à tort, j’ai indiqué une proximité à Russian Market, alors que c’est le Musée du génocide...il m’a fallu près de 30 minutes et l’entêtement de ce chauffeur illettré pour trouver l’endroit, alors que je lui présentais les panneaux du carrefour avec les noms de rues en khmer. Peine perdue, mais on a finalement atteint l’objectif. On était à jeudi, avant veille du P’chum ben, un 30 et la commande n’était livrée que le 15. J’avais tout mon temps et choisi un classique que j’ai fait fabriquer en noir et en brun choisi du catalogue. La livraison ne m’a pas déçu et mes deux paires me font très bien avec un grand confort. Mon épouse a trouvé le fini patiné avec motif un peu croco, très chouette. Pour une première expérience, satisfaction et pas d’accroc, sinon qu’on y est occupé et qu’on connait notre business mais de chichi pour le service, assez de base.

This would have been my 3rd visit to Beautiful Shoes. I have a lovely pair of red ankle boots and another of black knee high boots. I went to get another pair of custom made boots this visit. Foot measured, ankle measured, style decided and then I found out that the boots would take 8 days to make. Noooooooo! I wouldn't be in PP 8 days later to collect them! My other boots were made within 3 or 4 days. So disappointed that I wasn't able to get my Beautiful Shoes on this trip.

I went and saw the team thinking I wouldn't be able to get anything given I needed them very quickly but they were able to meet my quick turnaround and all for the same price. I showed them a picture from an online shop and got a very similar result tailored for my feet. Easy process, I maybe spent 10 minutes in the shop total.

I asked for a pair of very ordinary Velcro fastening leather sandals to be made as I have different size feet. I explained this and showed the bunion on my right foot. Both feet were measured and I was assured that the fastening would be suitable. I was also shown a selection of sole materials and accepted the recommended sole material.
I returned after a week to collect my sandals. However, when I arrived the Velcro fastening was at least 2cm short and the sole material was not as agreed. All of this was readily agreed by the shop and they offered to make new sandals. However, as I was flying home next day this was impossible.
I was refunded my deposit but left very disappointed that I had no new sandals. This type of footwear is very simple compared to other types of shoe.
I would caution anyone considering buying shoes to make sure the measurements are taken by a competent person and make several visits to check on things. I also do not understand why the sole material was different to that recommended by the shop originally.
Overall I was very disappointed and cannot recommend this shop and I am likely to go to one of the other similar shops nearby.

この地区に何軒もあるオーダーメードの靴屋さん。どこが良いのかわからなかったのでたくさんお客さんのいたこのお店を選択。靴のデザイン、ヒール、たくさんの色、素材の皮の中からお気に入りを選びます。足のサイズを測ってもらって、内金払ったらその日は終わり。2週間後に取りに行ってサイズ調整をして全額払って靴を受け取ります。25ドルで足にぴったりの思い通りの皮サンダルが出来たので大満足。

Select from what seems to be hundreds of leather colors and you can make design changes if you want
Recommend going early in the day as can get busy
