Sadly, like LBBass before me, I stopped by this wonderful place today and they are indeed no longer taking orders. The owner said they were shutting down and moving abroad. I asked for recommendations for another tailor in town, but he didn't have any. I'm now looking for an equally talented tailor in town.

Just went by, and while you can still buy some stuff off the rack--at %50 off even--they are not taking orders anymore or doing alterations (except maybe on suits? He may have said that, but as I was not interested in a suit I didn't listen too closely). Great looking place, but sadly I got there too late. Save yourself a trip if you need something made or altered.

I have lived in India where I had a personal tailor. I have traveled extensively in Asia and had numerous garments made to measure. Never have I been more happy with the product as I am with my tailoring from Phka Kn'jay!
From the time I walked through the door of this small boutique I was treated with professionalism. I brought in my suitcase several pieces of fabric I wanted to be used to copy an all time favourite blouse. I left it with Pich Thavy and was reassured it would be copied in 3 days time.
I have just collected the said garments and am totally thrilled. The sewing is impeccable, the service was outstanding and the fit is beautiful. I can tell these blouses are going to be much loved apparel in my wardrobe.
My only regret is that I didn't bring more fabric and favourite clothes to be copied.
I highly highly recommend Phka Kn'jay as a tailor of choice in Phnom Penh.

Nous avons fait le tour de différents tailleurs - créateurs. Cette boutique est de loin la plus belle, aussi bien pour femme que pour homme. La qualité des tissus et la créativité des coupes sont remarquables. D'autant que le gérant est absolument adorable et très à l'écoute de vos envies.
Nous avons fait faire plusieurs hauts pour mon épouse et plusieurs chemises pour mon fils et moi.
Nous sommes enchantés.
Bravo !

I had a chiffon dress made here that only took about 1 week and is great quality. It was a bit complex so wanted to try a good designer. I just showed him photos of what I wanted and he made it happen. Very friendly as well. Great service.

I needed a dress from my son's wedding and I am so happy that my friend recommended Phka Kn'Jay Boutique! Thavy, the designer/tailor, listened to my preferences, made suggestions and came up with just the dress I needed. His measurements were right-on and the resulting dress is comfortable (for an outdoor wedding), but eye-catching (with a layered look) and attractive. Thavy was very easy to work with and had my dress ready within a week. He also had choices I could have chosen from his boutique -- so a walk-in may also find something they like to take away on the spot. I highly recommend Thavy and Phka Kn'jay!

I had two shirts made here while on vacation in Phnom Penh. There wasn't much off-the-rack for men that appealed to me, but he did a fantastic job of the custom work. I brought in a favourite shirt to work from and both the fit and style were nicely reproduced. Turnaround time was three days.

I lived in Phnom Penh for over a year and tried to buy clothes and get clothes made at quite a few different tailors. I was never happy with the results until I found Vuthy at Phka Kn'jay.
Vuthy and his staff have some great off the rack pieces (which they will tailor to fit you if they don't already) and are also able to create original pieces. They are incredibly dedicated and very skilled at their craft. Everything I have bought there has been incredibly well made and has lasted well (unlike many of the other clothing items I have purchased in Cambodia, which fell apart quickly).
I have moved back to Melbourne, Australia, where I constantly receive compliments on the fit and style of my clothes from Phka Kn'jay. Whenever I travel back to Phnom Penh for work, one of the first things I do is visit Phka Kn'jay for the quality of both the clothes and the service.

I took a favorite shirt here to be copied. Thavy and his team were delightful, very responsive and did an excellent job. Thavy's own designs are simple and elegant, so next time no need to bring my own design!
