Je me suis rendu dans ce bar à 19h00 mais sans motif le staff m'a refusé l'entrée... sous les éclats de rire des clients en terrasse. Le staff m'a prié de revenir à 23h00 pour le show. Je n'y suis pas retourné.
Sur internet le lieu est affiché sous 2 noms (POPP et POC)

Great Place, Staff, Drinks, Show - You get it all

This was my favorite Place during my stay in Phnom Penh. The staff so friendly and talkative, The atmosphere cozy, good snacks and a decent show.
I like also that they start the show already at 22.00 so you dont have to wait so long and "waste" the next morning being tiered.
Thanks for a good time....

Always ready for an upgrade

I like this place when I am staying in Phnom Penh. The owner, Tola, always tries to accommodate his valued guest. After renovating his bathroom and adding a kitchen for the small bites at night he added lots of personal touch by adding to the design large drapes, which do help with the echo. The staff is very helpful and making you enjoy your evening.... Great works...

Excellent Bar and staff

This is one of our favorite hang-out spots while in Phnom Penh. It is a small but quaint bar and the staff is so friendly. They offer a variety of drinks and at a good price. They usually offer nightly entertainment and the staff does all they can to make sure that you have a good time. I just wish it was non-smoking as it is difficult to enjoy if others are around and smoking. We had the opportunity to meet the owner Tola who is a great guy and a great pleasure to talk to. POPP is probably one of the best hangouts that we have ever visited. We live in the USA and wish we were closer to be able to visit POPP more often. Thanks guys! You offered us a wonderful time and great memories.

Best show in town!!

We have been visiting Phnom Penh for the last 6 years, and visited many of the bars in town. POPP bar has a fantastic show at the weekends which last until well past midnight. The show is varied, from traditional Khmer, disco classics and current dance music. Most bars in Phnom Penh have a show that lasts 1 hour max, POPP bar is different, the entertainment keeps flowing! The staff and the owner are amazing, some of the friendliest people you could meet and you are made to feel at home. Great selection of drinks at fab prices! We would highly recommend a visit to POPP Bar, and will definitely return on our next visit to Phnom Penh.

Tola does an excellent Job

Go there many time when in PP, the place has the right mix between Music, Comfort (with Aircon), Prices and if you like company of the staff (they have plenty). They have live entertainment nearly every evening.
Always have a good time there...

Gezellige bar

PoPP is een van de weinige gay bars in Phnom Penh. Een gastvrije en warme ontvangst krijgt iedereen. Jevoelt je meteen thuis.
Deze bar verwelkolmt iedereen die zin heeft in een leuke en ontspannen avond.
In het weekend zijn er shows. Door de week vaak live music.

Lovely gay bar at POPP

At Popp bar that is my second house. I love in there because the staff they are so friendly and helpful. At Popp bar had very very good dragon shows. Don't miss it everyone.
