We rented a car at a fair price, and even when things got complicated,Almez took care of a replacement car in a short time and our trip could continue as planned. We received excellent, kind and fair service. Excellent English speaker, Almaz was always available to help with any issue.

We rented a car in October for 10 days and drove throughout the whole country. Almaz is very helpful, gave us some really good tips. We had a Toyota Landcruiser and it was great. We felt safe even in the mountains. Deposit was fully returned. Would always recommend him.

Nous avons roulé environs 4000km, dont beaucoup de piste, avec un Land Cruiser Prado 120 TD, déjà kilométré, mais c'est l'un des véhicules les plus solide du monde.
C'est en cas de problème que l'on voit le sérieux d'un loueur. J'ai par maladresse accidenté la porte arrière, au retour nous n'avons payé que la caution de 200$, le reste a été couvert par l'assurance, sans aucun souci.
De plus Almaz parle bien anglais et est très sympathique.

Very friendly and helpful guy. We have rented Toyota Landcriuser for SongKol lake trip. The car was reliable and in very good condition. It was driven to our accomodation. After we decided a place and time for return. Owner kindly helped us to find a taxi and was ready to answer any question.

Just finished a weeklong tour around Lake Issyk-Kul starting from Bishkek and I cannot recommend Almaz and his company more highly. He is a consummate professional and makes it so easy for the traveler. He delivered the vehicles to us and we signed the paperwork on the spot. His vehicles are great for the rugged terrain of Kyrgyzstan. He also Picked up the vehicle when we were done at our hotel, making it incredibly easy for us. We could not be more happy with the vehicle and the service. You will be very pleased and working with Almaz. Happy trails.

The owner Almaz was very helpful and showed real interest in our journey. We drove a Toyota Landcruiser Prado, even the car had quite some years down the road everthing worked and we had a great time in very remote areas. We can absolutly recommend to rent 4WD with Almaz and we will come back!

Часто бываю в Кыргызстане по работе и много перемещаюсь по горным удаленным районам. Для таких поездок нужна хорошая, надежная машина. Мне посчастливилось познакомиться с Алмазом и вот уже более пяти лет я пользуюсь его услугами. Машины всегда в отличном состоянии, подача четкая по времени. Цены намного демократичнее, чем в других компаниях. Полная страховка, дистанционная помощь в любой ситуации. Алмаз очень нацелен на то, чтобы клиент остался доволен!

שרות מצוין. שכרתי רכב מסוג טויוטה פראדו במחיר נמוך יותר מאשר כל ההצעות האחרות שהיו לי. הרכב נסע מצוין והיה במצב תחזוקה מעולה. בקבלה והחזרה של הרכב אלמאז היה נוכח אישית והיה מאוד מקצועי. הגיע לנקודת היעד שקבעתי בזמן . האנגלית שלו ברמה גבוהה.

Lisant les bons commentaires sur Almaz j'ai réservé une Toyota Prado en 2020, puis annulé à cause du covid. J'étais plein d'espoir pour faire ce voyage cette année et voici le Kirghizstan en plein dans une troisième vague, J'ai donc à nouveau ajourné.
J'en suis désolé pour Almaz qui a toujours répondu ponctuellement à toutes mes questions et parait très sérieux et sympathique.
Je souhaite donc refaire appel à lui l'an prochain en espérant qu'il supporte au mieux ces temps difficiles.
En attendant je continue de rêver à ce beau Pays.
