Although I love their products and designs, I have never dealt with worse customer service in my life. They take ages to reply, and ask over 10 times the same question day after day, failing to resolve even a minor issue.
I also had an issue with the sizes ordered, and when asking for an exchange for a smaller size they do not provide an exchange for most of the items.
I highly recommend the shop, but I don't recommend their online shopping experience!

I love Jobedu! You can buy great souvenirs as a tourist . I love their hoodies and the mugs. Recommended

Irriverenti, colorate e alternative..le tshirt di Jobedu sono un must da comprare in un viaggio in Giordania rappresentando un bel souvenir della cultura hipster locale..
Il negozio ha anche l'autorizzazione alla promozione del marchio Marvel e quindi vende magliette molto occidentali oltre ovviamente a quelle più prettamente turistiche ovvero quelle con il cammello e con la mappa delle località giordane.
Ogni maglietta costa 15 jd ma la qualità del tessuto e l'originalità è nettamente migliore a quella delle magliette vendute nei souq.

Their t-shirts, hoodies, posters, stickers & keychains are so funny but with a Jordanian touch. Their products are perfect for gifts and all their staff are friendly with Smiley faces. Also very reasonably priced

Absolutely hilarious jokes and clever designs, often plays on words or cultural references. They feature local Jordanian artists too which is awesome! T-shirts, stickers, postcards, cards, towels, sweatshirts, tanks...you name it they've got it!

Every member of the family has several Jo Bedu t-shirts or hoodies and we have always been impressed with the quality of the shirts and the prices. The designs are updated regularly while still keeping the classics (Wadi Rum & Coke, Camel sign, Absolut Amman...). It has been great to see the brand develop over the years without losing its soul.
