安曼在商业上不算发达，但游客仍有一些去处可以购物。这里东西挺丰富，也不算贵。我在这里买了几个木质的佩特洛摆盘，蛮精致的。

市中心是我在安曼最喜欢的地方。人们很友好，购物的选择也很多。它是约旦买衣服或纪念品最便宜的地方！有好的餐馆和好的抽水烟的地方！

这里太赞了！无论你来这里是为了体验安曼、或是为了购物、或者是为了吃，都应该来这里。环境氛围很赞，你周边会有很多商店。周围有一些文化场所，并且有各种类型的餐馆供你选择。这里非常多样化，是你来约旦必去游览的地方之一。

我觉得这里是在安曼一定要去的地方。如果你在约旦玩，你一定要来探索这个老城区，你可以四处走走，享受美好时光。还可以买纪念品，如果你在那里，一定要喝鸡尾酒和吃kunafa。

I am having trouble locating where downtown Amman is. I like the description of walking the busy streets full of shops and markets. I like to find a 3 or 4 star-hotel nearby to take advantage of it. Can anyone recommend a hotel?

There aareso many hotels surrounding downtown or in it. Though I don't normally recommend the ones downtown. . You can book a room at affordable prices in nearby areas like jabal luibdeh, jabal Amman or Hussein. Just google these areas for hotels

We want.to book a holiday to Jordon to see Petra and all the other sights. Is it safe in downtown Amman as the UK Foreign office advise to keep away from there but looking at the reviews I'm not so sure this is the case. Can anyone answer my question? thanks.

There are some interesting shops in Al Balad if you are a collector of coins, antiques, etc. Night life is vibrant and there are some awesome restaurants that dot the Rainbow Street, complete with music and great food.
