been there last year and going again this Feb inshallah
one of the tallest building i had seen in a very holy place
seeing it from bottom you feel it touches the sky. the amazing thing about the top watch you can see it far far away which is an amazing structure helps while doing Haj.
good job Saudi's for such an amazing structure. despite some issues were raised before for such a huge structure in a holy place.

The building is an iconic building.
A good hotel for hajjis either performing umra or hajj.
You’ll enjoy the food courts on the third and fourth floors.
There are also good restaurants on the 11th floor.
The building has ample parking lots for their guests.
Good to shop inside the building with their department and other stores.
I enjoy staying on the food courts between Salah / prayers.

Try using the toilets before prayer time on the food court floor and you will find Queues, bad smell, damp all over and dangerous slippery wet floors! Not a cleaner or worker in sight! Worst toilets - people in Ihram for umrah trying to use these toilets and washrooms but also stay clean. The management should be ashamed of the state of these toilets in supposedly 5 star complex. They don’t seem to care that it’s all falling into disrepair now. Food court is full of junk food outlets but the toilets on that floor are an absolute mess!! Outrageous that they don’t seem to care!

Great views if you book the Kaaba view room. Conveniently located. Breakfast buffet is overly hyped but below average quality. Very bad coffee!

I recommend them. they are in front of the Haram walking distance. excellent food, hypermarkets, and excellent shopping.

It is enormous tower by the boundary of masjid al haram.
People have mixes feeling about it.
On one side, people say that it is landmark by the vicinity of masjid al haram, and it has premium hotels and residence, bringing revenue.
Others are of the opinion that, it was completely unnecessary to built such a grand tower by the masjid, which cover the boundary of haram and overshadows it.

The location having biggest variety of shops & the food court was very big with all a local & international brands ... the location was very busy shopping but they able to keep the place clean specially @ the food court

Hello, I would like to know if there is any internal access from Dar al Eiman Royal hotel, Safwa tower, to the Clock Tower shopping mall ? Or do i need to exit the Safwa tower go on the Ajyad street and walk to the main entrance of Clock tower to enter the Mall ? Thanking you in advance for your answer and help.

You need to exit Dar El Aiman and Safwa Tower and reenter the Mall, you can do that from the Haram side.
My friend was bought a solid parfume, it looks like clam, gold clam, and she forgot the store name, can anyone help?

Hello, there is a bookstore that sell Islamic books in many languages. It is in the ground floor just I can't remember its name and I want to make sure, it has some Bukhor and perfumes store around it and its on the right side of the tower on the ground floor I hope that anyone there can take a picture of it because they have an online shop and I want to buy some books from it but I can not remember the name, thanks a lot on advance

There are multiple perfume and fragrance stores in the Mall...most popular probably is Arabian Oud. This fragrance appears to be from UAE so you could try the store Abdul Samad Al Qureshi in Abram Al Bait shopping centre as they sell the UAE fragrances. Hope this helps

Oui il y a une food court dans la même bâtisse. Et dans l'immeuble mitoyen aussi il y a le meme principe "abraj assafwa". Il y a un petit super marché dans al abraj qui offre un service des al fajr de boulangerie et nespresso a consommer dans la food court. Voila si vous avez besoin d autres informations n hésitez pas. Takabala ellah.
