المكان مغلق حاليا و تم الغاء المهرجان الذي يقام عليه سنويا … و اصبحت المنطقة خاضعة لفعاليات موسم الرياض … بشكل عام لا يوجد اي حدث يقام في هذه المنطقة حاليا .

يقام المهرجان سنوياً وهو حدث بارز جداً على مستوى المنطقة يهتم بالتراث وابراز ثقافة البلد ومنجزاته وتشارك فيه جميع الدوائر الحكومية وإمارات المناطق بعرض ابرز مالديها من اعمال او حرف او خدمات او تراث .

Went to the festival with some friends. Had a great time the people were super welcoming and excited to tell us about their towns and regions.

Janadriyah festival is an annual festival located in Riyadh city. you can see all Saudi Arabia regional old places and homes. moreover, you can try the traditional food and see the traditional dances across Saudi Arabia. all government and private companies are also participating in this festival. it is good for kids and adults. the place is huge and if you have kids it is better to come two times to cover every thing.
Note: there are plenty of ATM but I prefer to have cash in advance due to high demand.
there are a lot of food trucks, homemade cuisines and fast food restaurants.
it is opening 3 weeks from end of Dec to mid of Jan although they are planning to open all the year in the future.

there is a lot of things to see at Janadriyah Festival, we arrived at about 1 pm on a Friday and left again just as the crowds starting to pour in thru the gates. ther food stalls were a amazing, plenty of trinkets to buy, the bands singers and dancers were all amazing. it was a fab day out

This is a wonderful event that showcases the different regions of the kingdom by highlighting the local food, architecture, culture, history, dance and even handicrafts. For non-Saudis like myself, it’s a wonderful way to see Saudis enjoying their culture as well. In strongly recommend a visit and I suggest you take your time to enjoy the sights and scenes and the great food.

مهرجان سنوي و هو يقوم على تراث المملكه و تاكيد الاصاله العربيه و كل سنه يستضاف دوله السنه هذي قامو باستضافه اندنوسيا يقومون بعرض رقصاتهم و تراثهم السنه هذه فيه تطور مبحوظ و تنظيم و جميع الدوائر الحكوميه مشاركه في عرض اتفاقياتها مكان ممتاز للحرف اليدويه

is it only during a certain time of the year? Spouse is moving to Rihayd for work and we would like to visit. I would like to include this on our visit .

So its held once a year and usually in the “winter” so weather is nice. Started by the late King Abudullah and Abdul Aziz Al Tuwaijri. Well worth visiting if you are there. They showcase Saudi history along with another country that is chosen.
