I booked a massage package online through their website (after struggling to navigate it beyond the flashy graphics and videos - ie to get it to actually do something useful rather than just looking nice). I even got a confirmation by email. When I got there for my 2pm appointment, I found that the spa does not even open until 4pm. This was not a one off, it was on their regular opening hours.
I emailed the spa and subsequently sent a query through their website. They couldnt be bothered to reply.
Terrible service, no consideration for its customers. Not recommended

I went to this spa several times when my office was near from them.
The place is clean & specialists know their job well.
If you have back pain or foot pain.. I recommend you strongly to visit them.

This place washes away the pain and dust of Riyadh, Every man need a time to relax and remove the stress from his body i recommend the Moroccan bath at least once a month you will feel fresh and reborn I didn't try the massage or the rest of the services yet

I can say this is the best Spa in Riyadh. very nice staff and very good service. They need to lower their prices a little and add more services to the menu.
