It is a fantastic museum specially for foreigners. it has more than 19000 manuscripts.
we can also call it as an "Islamic art museum"

テヘラン屈指の歴史的博物館

・どうやら２０世紀に財を成した裕福な(アゼリー系?)商人の邸宅を改造し博物館にした文化施設。テヘラン中心部にこれを構えられたことから財力政治力はすごかったと思慮。入場料もかなり安い。
・収蔵品は美術や写本、コイン、家具類や絨毯などで生活的（おそらく趣味で集めたからだろう）。しかし収蔵品のレベルは高く、高価だろうなというものが多い。
・展示や説明が洗練され工夫されていてわかりやすい（欧州の現代的な美術館のよう）。女性スタッフが気軽に説明してくれたりしてとても感じが良い。

・テヘランの他の博物館と比べると、建築や収蔵品あるいは展示のアートの要素が強く、地下に文化センターなどもあり現在進行系の文化施設という印象。

A rich historical treasure

You can find many collections of beautiful calligraphies and paintings gathered by Hossein Agha Malek whom donated them whithin his place in addition to many other schools and hospitals he built.There are other collections of stamps,coins, carpets, textiles and home appliances in other floors.Also there is a hall of Kamal-ol- Molk paintings.It took me near 3 hours to visit the museum .It has a library too.The ticket is very cheap.

Nice handicrafts

Being located centrally near to other main attractions on Tehran, Malek museum is a nice collection of Persian miniatures as well as some other handicrafts and old stuff.

This museum was a valuable collection of paitings, calligraphy work and even old coins. They attempt to use modern technologies to make this place more attractive. It totally worth visiting

Culture and Architecture!

In comparison to other historical places in Tehran, this museum is not that well known. But it is definitely worth to visit. A nice and traditional architecture and full of historical collections. This museum has also been selected as the best national wide in 2014. There are also original paintings of an Iranian artist "Kamal-al-Mulk". There is also a very cozy corner for children to play.

Gorgeous lackerware

Worth to visit!

Compare to other museums, this place tries to use modern method to make a live museum which can attract your attention. I think it could be a good place to visit for locals, but for tourists it might be a little bit boring.

Philanthrope iranien: Hossein malek qui vécut 101 ans. Cet homme dédia ses richesses au peuple d iran dans l'objectif de faire croître la culture pour tous. Le musée est gratuit et mérite largement Le détour. Rien que pour apprendre plus sur cet impressionnant personnage !

this is an old house belonged to Hossein Agha Malek and there is a library and a museum inside it. the building was made in the age of Qajars and the museum contains very interesting and valuable objects.
