Hello, the price of the tour includes all food and beverage as part of the tour from 9am to about 6pm. You can visit Beirut anytime and mid September through Autumn is some of the most lovely times to spend in Lebanon!
Beirut Bites is a unique opportunity to get to grips with Lebanese food at it’s most raw (sometimes quite literally), avoiding places where tourists abound and, instead, taking you to places that only locals frequent. On this charming meander through the city, you’ll experience a variety of foods, from traditional mezze platters, Armenian bistros, to offal sandwiches (testicle kebabs anyone?), with plenty of options for the vegetarian as well!
Starting with a typical Lebanese breakfast at nine in the morning and ending at roughly six in the evening with happy hour drinks in one of Beirut’s most charming and personable pubs, these one day tours show guests a side to Beirut far from the guidebooks.Throughout the day, we will give you a taste of what you can expect from the true Beiruti cuisine, its eclectic history rendering it one of the most diverse in the region. We will show you a vast selection of our favourite places, meticulously searched by people who know the city inside out, while also guiding you through this most mesmerising metropolis.
From explaining how to navigate just like the locals, without being ripped off by dastardly taxi drivers, or pointing out the beauty of the city’s art deco architecture, while discussing the ancient culture heritage of Beirut, this boutique tour is about so much more than just the food!
