Are the cheap perfumes in this area legit?or just a class a products?

I’m due to fly via Doha in a few weeks with a 15hour layover and wanted to see Souq Waqif but am not sure if there’s any changes to regulations on going outside the airport during covid? Any information on general covid restrictions there would be helpful too

I have a day in Doha and I want to go to the Souq Waqif. I arrive early morning and leave middle of the night. What's the best way of getting from the airport. And back I guess? Should I go anywhere else? All recommends greatly appreciated. Thanks.
