I booked the lounge online when I booked my ticket. ABSOLUTELY no advice that this was not refundable at time of payment. On arrival was advised the lounge was busy and I may wish to come back. There was a limit of 3 hours use and I booked the lounge for a reason, not to wonder around the airport. I entered to mayhem, people sleeping across two chairs, standing room only, queues for shower and toilet, sparse food availability. I spoke to ladies at reception who offered an upgrade to the ONYX lounge. Exactly the same there, overcrowding, people sleeping across two chairs, standing room only. I explained I was not prepared to stand when I had paid $100 and was given a card with three email addresses, all of which bounced back. Eventually located an email and received a "too bad, so sad" email saying there was no refund. As the lounge was so overcrowded, I question the ability to evacuate in a timely manner. I would expect that in peak times, one person taking up two chairs would be monitored and allowance would be made for those who had paid to enter before those who arrive and pay at the time.

Just ok nothing special. Denied entry once because of a lot of people. Staff were trained and food was nuanced. You can’t leave and come back if you have a digital boarding pass

Too little space, too bland food, too little choice of drinks - but too high an admission. The only reason to go to this lounge is that Qatar Airways usually has a long transit time in Doha and there are only uncomfortable waiting areas here.
So: Have fun between 10pm and 2am.

The only food options that were gluten free were fruit. Why they think fruit for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and dessert is ok, is beyond me. To make matters worse, they won’t let you in with outside food. So basically celiacs don’t get to eat in this lounge.
During my visit the lounge was relatively quiet except for one person who apparently felt the need to share the audio from a show in his phone with the rest of the lounge.

Avoid this deadbeat lounge. Don't waste your time or money trying to get in this lounge. Why? So you could get some dry pastries, bread, omelet for main choice? The place is a circus with so many people trying to get in. Staff are a lot but inefficiency is higher. They don't pick the used plates etc. They just lie around so one doesn't know if the seat is free or has someone seated in it. The front desk has plenty of staff falling over each other but same thing.... more inefficiency.

What a pathetic lounge. Much like Qatar Airways and Hamad Airport this place is like a circus.... and for what? Some dry pastries, bread, omelet and crappy service? Gosh how does this airport win best airport in the world? Of course this must be the same way the they won the soccer spectacle. Ask Platini or Blatter for advice. Dubai lounges beat these guys hands down. Unfortunately I cannot travel Emirates due to me trying to avoid the bigger disaster New Delhi. So I am stuck with Qatar quite unfortunate for me. However I ain't using this lounge because it is really bad. Lots of staff but even more inefficiency. Plates are not cleared, several staff at the front counter but slower processing. Cannot think of anything good to write about. Don't waste your money or your lounge access for this place.

Extremely poor food choice.I haven’t seen such a poor lounge in my life.only one pasta, one soup and a few sandwiches for dinner. I will never use it again

This lounge gets really busy at peak times as it is the only priority pass lounge available in Doha. I went In between 1-3am. 1am all seating was full, but I took advantage of the showers being quiet. The showers are really clean, modern and have great dyptique toiletries. The showers were probably the best part of this lounge, with the food being very basic. Once the lounge had quietened down the seating became more available and generally the experience improved as there was a range of seating types from sofas, tables and chairs and nap beds

The worse lounge ever, food choices were limited and not the best, hot foods were not even hot, noisy too. Wouldn’t recommend and i wouldn’t visit again.

Good evening,
I have the pleasure to fly with my family to Doha for the first time this Weekend. It is only our second time flying business class and first time with Qatar and I wanted to ask, if you have any advice for the Greenhorn, which Lounge we shall go to.
We have a short stop over arrive at 11 pm and will leave again 2:15 hrs later.
Any advice, which would be a good lounge to go to, have a small snack and to relax?
