Hi there, if this is the Buddha i am thinking of it should open at 7am and close at 10pm daily.i think this buddha is located in the Kyauk That Gyi Pagoda an the shwegondang road. The Nga That Gyi Pagoda is around 150-200mtrs away on the same road so you can visit both of them in the same morning or afternoon. Outside the buddha you asked about there are a few street food sellers where you can get a cold drink and a roti , well worth the sugar fix on a hot day. Regards Gary

I would say the visit needs 1 hour at most. It is a small place and it really depends on how much time you will take for photos and looking around. We had a guide for the day but it takes around 20-30 minutes from down town. Good luck !
