Beautiful layout particular with the Christmas decorations.So many books in a relatively small space. Variety of books from different countries, didn’t explore how you take a book out. Plenty of shops and restaurants around to make a day of visit.

Great place for books & hanging out as well as another photo opportunity, it’s inside a shopping mall so if you want to go shopping you can, but if you don’t want to, you can just stay behind in the library & hang there as there are seats & it’s very clean.

Mesmerized by the multitude of photos others had taken of this uniquely designed space, I didn’t realize this wasn’t a bookstore until I noticed there were no checkout stands or custom bags to carry purchases out. There are over 50,000 books and 400 types of magazines in here. However, it looks like most people are here to produce Instagram moments of the arresting two-story library with 13-meter-tall bookshelves ensconced in a 2,800 square-meter atrium space. Otherwise you can read or study if you can find a seat since they don’t allow you to check things out. There’s even a bakery cafe hidden away on the second floor. Located within the massive underground COEX Mall and about five minutes from Bongeunsa Station, this is a most worthwhile stop in Seoul for your own Instagram moments.

The library was very beautiful, probably not so good as a library as it's full of tourists and most of the publication is in Korean. It's good for photos though.
It's in the middle of the COEX Mall, and it's a nice place to relax after walking around the shops. There's also a very nice cafe upstairs. Definitely worth a look!

A photogenic library in the middle of a huge shopping mall makes this location truly unique. This library is known on the internet for it's mesmerizing bookshelves and captivating space. Seeing it in person was remarkable for me! This is a functioning public library, and it has most of the things would you find in any typical library, such as a circulation desk, book search, and study spaces. This only adds to the charm for me. More interesting is that it is situated inside the mall. The shops come right up to the bookshelves! The overall ambiance is fascinating. Even thought it is a big space, it can get crowded, so be mindful.

Honestly I find it is the usual instagrammable attraction and nothing more as happens so many times when visiting cities. It is located inside the Coex shopping center. It's not worth going there on purpose for me. Yes great but in itself it is nothing special.

Such a unique library in the middle of a mall. Many tourists come here for pictures since it’s so instagrammable. Starbucks and many other cafes are here too

Looking at the numerous books on the western side of the library, I felt something proud. - What's more, I couldn't take a selfie on the beautiful view. I went there in the winter, and I would like to list it as the same attractions as Seoul's jewelry, which can feel crowded like a well.

Is Starfield Library within Coex Mall? Google map indicated otherwise.

The Starfield Library is within the Coex Mall. In Korea, I would suggest the tourist to use the HANCHAO apps because Google is not showing very well in Korea and Busan. I have no choice to install the apps if you need more information.

The Library is inside the Mall, it closes at 10pm. The information desk do not provide much information as she said she only knows the information about the mall. If you want to how to leave there, you better search yourself.
