The World Mall is ok, but nothing special. There are many different shops, several of which are also more expensive. The mall itself I would give 3/5 points.
The highlight of it all is the Tower.
The entrance to Lotte World Tower is hidden down in Lotte World Mall. From above you have a magnificent view of the entire city. It is advisable to get a ticket digitally beforehand (e.g. via Klook) and try not to necessarily arrive at peak times. This makes everything a little more relaxed.

Dropped by to see the lotte world tower and first time at the mall too. The mall is large but no luxury brands. They have Apple store, Aesop, Uniqlo, Zara, H&M etc. Top 2 floors are restaurants and cafes, and a cineplex. Above that, the Lotte Concert hall

The view from the tower was great, we were there in the evening and got tickets without any problems and without waiting. Great job, various photo opportunities, even the glass floor crap a hoghlight.
The mall itself was disappointing, we didn't accept the Visa or Mastercard in the restaurant and we also had problems at the ATM in the mall. Although in most shops our cards worked perfectly. The restaurant staff was very unfriendly. And that in a mall called "world"? We did not feel welcome :-(

This was quite the experience for this small town midwestern US girl. So many places to see and experience. We shopped. We ate. The "kids" (all adults) went up in the tower while mom and dad went to the aquarium. Walked around outside both before dark and after when things were lit up.

The view from the tower is very impressive. Unfortunately, the access to the observation deck is very poor. We must not be fooled that this is also an office tower. If you enter it, just take the escalator down one floor and you are in the mall, where you will also find the access to the observation deck.
The mall itself is sprawling with beautiful shops. There is also a Ghibli store.

Make sure to visit the observation deck at dusk on a clear day for some beautiful views. Great digital media presentation leading up to the actual observation deck.

Pleasant visit. From above you have a great view of the city... and you realize you are in Korea for the green ceilings of the houses. It is one of the must-sees if you are in Seoul.

It's one of the best malls I've seen, everything you could possibly what to try, buy, and taste under one roof.
Lots of different floors with near perfect ergonomics, lots of lifts and public washrooms on every floor.
We travelled there by train like most, super easy to navigate your way through.
Not overcrowded.
Family friendly.

Not because of the mall, which is lovely but pretty much like any other upscale mall. Go up the tower instead. It's definitely an experience, but it's not inexpensive. For example, they include a glass floor that offers an unsettling view straight down. But also a breathtaking perspective of Seoul.

We didn't book a pass, but yes a fantastic day and view.
We went straight to the booking desk and they allocated us a timing for the same day.

There are two entry gates in Lotte World Adventure. One inside the Mall, and another outside the mall. We arrived in the Mall about 12 noon June 10, 2019, Monday, and saw 2 groups of less than 10 people in the entry gate inside the mall. We had lunch, and afterwards, at about 1:30pm, we proceeded to the entry gate outside the mall. There was only 1 group of four persons buying tickets for the day. We had to enter via the outside entry gate because we purchased our tickets online the day before though klook, which were cheaper for foreigners (direction video provided in the Lotte World Adventure website).

При наличии карты Lotte card или Lotte point предоставляется, обычно такая карта есть у резидентов.Размер скидки не помню,но точно есть.Мы зашли,нас спросили про карту,купили билеты,побежали на вход.Наверняка есть скидки по другим факторам,в Корее любят делать скидки))но не было задачи узнавать подробнее))
