We booked a private experience (private van, no tour bus) with a tour guide, Hatem. It was absolutely fantastic, and would recommend it to anyone.
There is no way to forget that you’re still doing a very touristy activity, so I guess that should be the caveat. Egypt seemingly survives on tips, expect to be bombarded by every tchotchke and knickknack seller, including, but not limited to, employees at the location you’ll be visiting. Our guy did a great job of explaining how to best deflect these situations, without being rude and without constantly paying out.
The hot air balloon is great. The tour guide was great. The locations are great. The persistent and never ending push for money sucks, but that’s not the tour’s fault.

At first, I wanted to spend 4 days and 3 nights, but I chose this one because the schedule did not match. It is undeniable that it is slightly more expensive than the others because it does not have Luxor, Karnak, balloon, but in the end I chose this one and was correct. I was relieved to hear from Egypt Gift Tours, the host company. The ship was named CIELA and there was also a bathtub in the room. The food was delicious and we had a BBQ on the deck for lunch on the second day, which was a great cruise. But as with all cruises in this price range, it was a shame to pay for water.

I couldn't understand everything because Mina's knowledge of the other ruins guide was great, but it was a fun tour. I was lucky that there were only three Japanese people working with me and my wife.

Spectacular trip to Egypt, 4 nights by motorboat, with several excursions to the most beautiful and thousand-year-old archaeological sites of Upper Egypt between Luxor and Aswan, stops at Luxor and Karnak temple, Edfu temple, Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut temple and the Colossi of Memnon. We then continue to the Temple of Horus, at sunset visit the temple of Sobek, the crocodile God and related museum. Sailing then continues to Aswan, awake at 3.00 am to move by bus to the magnificent site of Abu Simbel, where you can find the magnificent and imposing Temple carved into the rock E built by Ramses II to honor himself and a smaller, but equally magnificent Temple built by Ramses II in honor of his bride Nefertari, then boat trip with a visit to a Nubian village. To finish the tour in upper Egypt visit the temple of Philae, and visits to the shops of: alabaster processing, papyrus, essences and perfumes and herbal teas / infusions.
Then transfer by plane to Cairo, spent 4 wonderful days with a visit to the beautiful Egyptian museum, Saladin citadel, the Coptic part of the city, then the wonderful and amazing Giza plain with the majestic pyramids of Cheops Cheren and Mycerinus, and the enigmatic sphinx, for a fee then buggy ride to the sandy dunes of the Sahara to admire the pyramids from a breathtaking view. To finish the tour with the famous step pyramid of Saqqara and the old capital of Egypt Memphis.
To complete the tour of the medieval part of Cairo with a fee and an evening of light and sound games at the Pyramids (evocative and exciting)
The local guides are very professional and friendly, speak very good Italian and are very prepared about everything.
What about we traveled my wife and I, crowned a dream we had since childhood, the expectations we had of these places were many, and they were fulfilled in a great way.
Notes of merit to the motorboat and hotel in Cairo with all its crew and excellent service staff, very kind and helpful, in addition to good cleanliness and great food.
Fantastic trip, to try absolutely.

Highly recommended. I cannot think of a single thing that wasn’t perfect. Completely flawless. My guide Rocky was knowledgable, patient, funny and very caring.

This tour was simply Amazing! Everything was perfect from Heba from the agency who was very helpful, the boat (ms lady), to the staff, the food. A Big thank you to our guide, zakarya, the kind of people who make you feel AT home, professional and funny and kind, everything you can dream of for a real local experience. We miss him already! Everybody did everything to make us feel spécial! Thank you so much. We will come back for sure!

Our cruise down the Nile with Egypt Gift Tours was exceptional. The views from the deck and out the picture windows in our suites were breathtaking. But the best part of our trip was our guide. Hatem was amazing. His attention to detail and pure enjoyment in sharing his country's history with you makes this journey truely amazing. He brings with him years of knowledge, but in addition to this he is conversational, encouraging questions and therally enjoying answering and interacting with his guests. His attention to detail makes this excursion truely enjoyable and memorable.

The views from the deck of the boat were simply beautiful. You could also relax in your room watching out the huge picture windows. Our guide for the tours, Hatem was amazing. His knowledge and enthusiasm in sharing his country's vast and rich history with his guests truely adds richness to your journey. This is an experience you don't want to miss. I do not know if you can request a guide but if you can you will be more than happy with Hatem from Egypt Gift Tours.

We had a tour organized by Egypt gift tour, which was a great experience! The communication with the company fir booking was very smooth, easy and clear. Everything was organized and carefully thought of. We had an amazing experience with our tour guide, Rocky! He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, making every moment enjoyable and informative. His flexibility and caring nature ensured we had a stress-free and memorable trip. Highly recommended!

It was a great experience! Every thing was very well organized. Our accomodation in thr cruise was great and the food was amazing! Our tour guide, Rocky, was great as well, knowledgeable, kind and very professional! Highly recommended! He made our trip very special😊

The reason why I picked this company is because they always communicated with me on WhatsApp. Everyone was really nice and helpful. I have never been on a cruise before. It was one fun thing after another.
