Very interesting tour I saw many animals. Thomas, my guide on this tour was very important. He's an expert at finding animals. He is very familiar with each park and knows exactly where the animals are. We saw very interesting scenes under his leadership. Thomas is also a great guy, he is friendly, funny and knowledgeable about animals. Our trip would not have been as successful without him. 我不知道从哪里开始说起呢……这次旅行是我们做过的最壮观的事情！旅行从头到尾都很精彩。从一开始和蒂亚戈的合作就非常棒，他总是反应迅速，帮助我们轻松地完成预订过程！我从一开始就很有信心，我们得到了很好的照顾！当我们带着两个孩子(9岁和12岁)到达肯尼亚时，西蒙来机场接我们，并把我们送到酒店。旅程一开始就很棒，西蒙超级友好，甚至在我们要离开的时候把我们送回了机场。第二天早上，查尔斯来迎接我们。哇，我们真是找不到比他更好的导游了！我们很快就联系上了他，我们喜欢和他一起学习动物知识，谈论他的国家和他的家庭！我们去了纳库鲁湖、纳瓦沙湖和马赛马拉，看到了很多动物和其他的东西。我们看到鬣狗和刚被猎杀猎物，犀牛、狮子和母狮带着它们的幼崽，还有豹子和豹崽，大象和它们的幼崽，很多河马还有五只猎豹正在跟踪一群斑马！我们在马赛马拉跟河马一起生活的时光是我们永远不会忘记的。我们就在河的上游，河马在那里出没，晚上会过来吃草。我非常推荐那个地方，尤其是VIP区！感谢肯尼亚精神，蒂亚戈，最重要的是，感谢查尔斯，感谢你们让这次旅行成为我们一生难忘的旅行！这绝对是你想要预订的公司！我们等不及要再来跟这家神奇的公司一起体验新的冒险了！谢谢所有的回忆！

You were very lucky to spot all those animals and witness huntings! But not all is due to luck, without Charles we are sure you wouldn't be able to see half as much :)

总而言之，Spirit of Kenya旅行社协助我完成了一次完美的私人订制旅行。我们在十月份完成了这次旅行，一切都很完美。当地导游友好、知识渊博、英语流利&服务彬彬有礼&高质量住宿&壮观景色，使我想再回到非洲游览一次。

Our guides are not only very knowledgable but also very friendly. So we are sure that you and your kids had a great time! Sometimes people worry about taking their children on a safari but not only is it completely safe as well as an amazing learning experience.
Celebrating your birthday in the Serengeti must have been out of the ordinary, Daniel was very thoughtful and you were very lucky :)

This is our first trip to Kenya. We contacted several travel agencies, and finally chose the Spirit of Kenya. Because they replied very fast and patiently answered all our questions.
Joseph, our guide, is very kind and professional. He knows what time and where to meet what animal, we took many nice photos.
This is a perfect safari experience.

I just read your excellent review of your safari with Spirit of Kenya. We plan to take our granddaughter and her mother, our daughter, on an African Safari next summer after she graduates from high school. We went to Uganda and Rwanda last year with an Ugandan tour company, and although it was less expensive than booking through an American company, there were some issues. For one thing, our questions before the trip were not always answered adequately so there was a communication problem. Once there, we realized that our guide spoke English, but he was very hard to understand. Another disappointment was the vehicle. We had expected a safari vehicle, but ended up in an unfair-conditioned rattletrap for the entire trip. So just wondering if you had any of those problems dealing with Spirit of Kenya. Regarding your queries, first of all let me say that which ever tour company you choose, make sure they are approachable and understanding. A customised tour is good for families as it takes care of individual needs. Group tours are binding with timings etc.
spirit of Kenya and soul of Tanzania are very professional. They have 3types of packages which further can be customised.. budget, comfort and luxury. The accommodations are excellent with no complaints. Guides/drivers can be customised like English speaking, professional, knowledgeable, courteous etc.
As far as the vehicles it is better to take the land cruiser as it is a sturdy car , comfortable and if necessary air conditioner..(which is hardly needed if you go between July-September the best time for migration). They give land cruisers in Tanzania However, you have to pay extra for land cruiser in Kenya. You are right that the mini vans are not updated and up to the mark! But eventually after you get to see the big five and many more , you tend to forget the discomfort.
In Kenya you have to pay $150/- per day to upgrade to land cruiser. If you have older people it’s worth it!
We can’t help the bad roads as Mara is a reserve and belongs to the Masai tribes!
We didn’t contact any other tour company in either US or any other country. These two are the best and reliable!

We want to take our granddaughter on an African Safari after she graduates from high school next summer. We would like to spend about 10 to 12 days in Kenya and Tanzania and see as much wildlife as possible. I see many good reviews of Spirit of Kenya. I am wondering about the approximate cost for a private tour with 4 people. We prefer moderate to luxury accommodations and would enjoy staying in tents as well as lodges. Any advice about Spirit of Kenya or other tour operators would be appreciated.

Hola!
Nosotros hicimos Safari de 4 días, en los que pudimos visitar Lake Naivasha y Lake Nakuru el primer día y luego el segundo nos llevaron al Masai Mara (el camino esta en construcción, se va muy lento) por lo que llegamos a media tarde y fuimos al Masai Mara ese medio día y los dos restantes. La vuelta a Nairobi la hicimos en avioneta, que fue una gran idea..
Nos alojamos en un campamento a 2 minutos de una de las puertas del Masai Mara por lo que el traslado diario al lugar era muy rapido.
