I absolutely loved my 1st massage experience in Kenya 😍 I chose the holistic 1.5h massage and no regrets - Grace performed it perfectly!!! I did not wanted to leave this Spa centre at all... After massage I took hot shower with products I have never seen before, but just fall in love by their smell / texture and the way they made my skin and hair feel after. I done quick research and seems they are excellent products, so I got 1 for myself to try. Before calling my taxi I got some refreshments in the relaxation area...which made me feel completely satisfied. I would definately recommend this place! Please ensure you are booking minimum 1.5h treatment... I guaranty you would not like to leave this place! Ps. I chose this place as it was ranked as no1 on TripAdvisor website - no regrets! I can confirm it's absolutely worth this rating! Completely wonderful experience: personel was very friendly and helpful, therapist Grace was very skilled / professional, with hight attention to you and you body needs.

I visited Serenity Spa in Karen and my experience was 10/10 from the moment I stepped in. The staff were all friendly and very welcoming, especially Samuel at the reception and Anne, my masseuse. I loved the ambience, both inside the spa room as well as the beautiful garden outside. I enjoyed the body scrub, steam room and massage - super relaxing and professionally done! The refreshments offered after the massage in their garden outside was a nice touch. I also received a small gift as it was my birthday, a gesture that was so thoughtful and made the experience even more special. I will definitely go back.

Serenity Spa Gigiri is amazing, the ambience, staff are so welcoming from the gate you are welcome by the guard and the same reception goes all the way assuring you of a good personalized experience. I came in for a steam, head, neck and shoulder massage and Lorraine gave me a healing experience. The refreshment in the garden gave me a chance to relax and do a wellness check within myself. I recommend Serenity Spa any day any time and you have gained a loyal customer in me 😊😊

The service was incredible! I did the hot thyme treatment. I really had a good time. I must come back. The 90 minutes hot stone massage... amazing.

Excellent experience. Went to the Kitisuru locatio. Very peaceful and professional and well done. Got a massage and a manicure. It’s a very calm environment and they take care of the little details too, like water/tea/fruit, layout of the massage room etc

I did the Lymphatic Massage 60Mins and Tight and Bright Facial 75Min. Everything was perfect, and I often come back. I definitely recommend the spa to anyone. The lady was super friendly and checked with me if the pressure was ok and also gave me skin advice. After the treatment you can enjoy a cup of tea and fresh fruit.

Had a wonderful experience which began at 9am with a body scrub, then holistic massage then a facial and concluded with mani pedi at 2pm!..I felt pampered and left there relaxed and very happy.

Hello, thank you for your message. Yes we offer coffee scrubs and we charge 2000 Kshs which is about 20$. Please visit our website and we have a variety of beautiful body treatments and lots more body scrubs, wraps to chose from. We are about 15 mins drive away from kempinski but this depends on our crazy Nairobi traffic some times as it can take longer in rush hour. We look forward to seeing you in April.
