Avoid at all cost, it's about 3 times as expensive as it should be. They probably have two rates, tourist rates and local rates. I thought this was a full options spa experience after having a quick chat about why they were priced at such a steep premium. But what I got was a ripoff pretend to be premium service.
Thier therapist tried to take short cuts by by having extended pauses during the massage.
Terrible, this joint has no business operating.

I got a chinese massage while my boyfriend got the aromatherapy oil massage. Mine was painful and not relaxing at all, and both of our massages from Liangzi were nowhere near the quality of the ones we got from our hotel (Park Plaza). The worst part of the whole experience though is at the end, they scheme to try to sell you add-on services such as chinese cupping. I had initially agreed to try it but changed my mind after watching them do it on my boyfriend. However, they kept pushing and wheedling until I gave in. They give you a load of BS about these "toxins" they felt on you as they massaged you and how cupping, a 2000+ year old technique, will release them and make you feel better. I hated it. Terrible experience, I don't recommend this place at all. Beware.

因白天去長城，腳和腰都已經酸痛起來，回到飯店近半夜12點，好不容易找到這家保健足浴，店家原來應該在12點打烊；8107呂師傅好心留下加班，幫我處理背腰腳痛狀況，手勁很適合我（中度力量，多揉壓手法），非常好的經驗。

My boyfriend and I wanted a foot massage so we looked for recommendations online. This place came up a lot and was close to our hotel so we tried it. It was great. We went as walk ins around 11am and it was no problem. We chose the Oriental foot massage. It cost 225RMB per person, and included: soaking feet in wam water while getting neck and back massaged (over our clothes), followed by the feet and calves massage (wear pants that can easily be rolled up to the knee). We were side by side in comfortable reclining chairs and they served us free tea and snacks during the treatment.
It was a great experience. But... On the walk back to our hotel, we stopped by 2 other foot massage spas that we saw and checked out their price lists. They are cheaper (around 150-160RMB). I feel that Liangzi is priced higher because it's a chain and located in a nice hotel. The other ones are not as well advertized and in less obvious locations so they are cheaper. We will try one of them tomorrow to see if it's worth it.
