Very Bad

The staff was terrible, bad manners, bad tea.The service sucks. i was very unhappy. I don't recommend this .

Quite disappointed

We went there for an Afternoon tea with a reasonable high expectation. However we were quite disappointed with the service we received. The staff appeared to be quite cold or even rude. Also the hardware has been running down since our last visit. We do not think this property deserve the character or value the Aman brand represents. It is really shame and pity to see this property getting tired and losing the edge.
