I live in HK and is surprised this is not on the top 10 list. The place is beautiful, in my opinion, very spacious and nice to walk at night. It is definitely a better place to view the wondeful night scenery of HK. Highly recommended. The HK palace museum is also a very nice place to visit.

Cozy place. Hall 1&3 have been closed, halls 2, 4-7 are enough for a family to spend 3-4 hours. Staff here are helpful, during our visit, even we did not join any guided tour, they actively told us some details and background information of the exhibits.

Great place for evening strolls or picnics. Theres events that happen at the Arts Park so keep an eye out for event boards. Around the North entry we spotted a bicycle rental shop but it was closed. For a place this size a bicycle would be so much helpful hopefully that opens up again. Would recommend visiting.

去左近排比較hit 嘅西九文化區極光show
呢到非常黑，草地內基本上係無照明，所以建議拎一支LED燈，但記緊用時先開，照完就快點熄，唔好太影響到人。
同極光係投射係煙霧上面，所以要比較有耐性去等啲煙散開，同建議唔好企太近投影機，太集中嘅光會唔似極光。

West Kowloon is Hong Kong's newest addition to the tourism scene and is certainly a solid one. The vast waterfront area contains a promenade, a couple museums and most importantly, unparalleled panorama of Victoria Harbour. It is particularly popular among locals during weekends but a stroll around the place is still manageable.

西九龍海濱長廊，環境優美，觀賞維多利亞港景色一流，簡直是打卡熱點。附近一帶設有不同博物館， 有M+,有故宮博物館等都是值得參觀的。除此之外，附近一帶都有不同餐廳可以選擇,中西美食，有高級餐館也有平民食肆， 豐儉由人。值得到此一遊。

The West Kowloon Cultural District has been a work in progress for over 15 years yet has finally become a place of leisure and cultural events worth seeing in Hong Kong. It is located on the southern tip of the peninsula to the west of the famous TST shopping and sightseeing area and across the harbour from Hong Kong Island.
Highlight museums include the world class contemporary M+ Museum (opened in Nov 2021) and Palace Museum (opened in July 2022). There is a sizeable Art Park which envelopes the grounds around and between the two museums. The district is further lined by a promenade skirting along the harbour. Within the Park there are a few food trucks and along the sea, a cluster of restaurants, coffee shops and snack shops that also line the harbour.
The M+ Cinema (opened in July 2022) is where you can catch artsy and contemporary films, there is also a venue called Free Space in the Art Park where music and art related performances are held. Those visiting in the evening can enjoy the massive LED programs that light up the M+ Facade on the south side of the museum, facing the promenade.
Further east towards Canton Road, you'll find the Xiqu Centre where Cantonese Opera performances can be seen as well as the modern if not futuristic West Kowloon Rail Station and the hidden gem viewpoints atop the Sky Corridor can be found. The nearby Lyric Theatre is presently under construction (opening in 2023 or 24).
Transportation to the West Kowloon Cultural District include Austin and Kowloon Station MTR Stations, whereby it is possible to walk to the various venues. Alternatively, quite a few minibus routes call upon the entrance to the Art Park at West Kowloon. This is a good drop off and pick up point as well.

Morning walk around the park, the app to identify trees is a really good idea, we learnt a lot! Harbour views are much better from this side than HK side in my opinion, we got some great photos.
