Belcher Bay is located on the northwest of Hong Kong Island at Kennedy Town (K-Town). This has long been an area associated with loading docks and cargo shipping. In this regard, the seafront leisure space has been somewhat limited in the area around K-Town in the past.
However, in recent years, a series of promenades having opened to the public, providing a make-shift walkway from Central all the way to Kennedy Town, mostly along the sea. This has greatly extended the access to waterfront recreation area for those living in K-Town and those who might walk there from Central or Sai Ying Pun. It is nice opening up of the Belcher Bay area of Victoria Harbour.
In particular, the Belcher Bay Promenade is now officially open to the public. Previously a public loading dock area, now what visitors will find is a waterfront walking deck, child-friendly play areas, pet gardens and eco-friendly hydroponics houses and farm patches along with lots of open space with unobstructed views of the Belcher Bay.
The Belcher Bay Park is just inland of the newly opened promenade. The park is nautical themed and has tall, mature trees so plenty of shaded seating in addition to open grass, children's playground, elderly exercise equipment, public toilets and other facilities. Beyond, you have K-Town, which is a bit of an ex-pat enclave, for those seeking more relaxed living and lifestyle. A fair amount of western restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the area.

位於西環堅尼地城的卑路乍灣海旁最近全新全面開放！讓我們一起探索一下。
它的面積有約 5,900平方米，中間的一大片空地可讓遊人大玩特玩「板車」——這是用從前運貨時用的卡板搭建，大家可發揮創意隨意拼砌，可以坐上去再找人推自己🤪😂！除此之外還可以玩滑板車及平衡車！是小朋友的遊玩勝地。
由於旁邊有一大片海，伴隨微微的海風，在這裏看美麗的日落是一件十分愜意及浪漫的事！
另外，空地旁邊有一個狗公園，吸引一眾毛孩愛好者帶他們的毛孩來散步和交友。
