I booked the ticket thru the place we should stay on Gili M. From first day it worked out perfectly. Kuda even arranged pick up on our hotel to the harbor in Amed where we should be sailed to Gili T and the Meno afterwards.
Unfortunately because of bad weather, we could not go back to Bali from Gili T but Kuda was very service minded to come with other suggestions to go back or to refund the money for the return ticket. We chose to see Lombok instead (Selang Selo - which is highly recommended) and John from Kuda Hitam Express refunded the money for the return ticket immediately after we chose not to use their service.
I can highly recommend this company. They are professional and you can definitely trust them!
Unfortunately because of bad weather, we could not go back to Bali from Gili T but Kuda was very service minded to come with other suggestions to go back or to refund the money for the return ticket. Nous n’avions pas eu le temps de consulter TripAdvisor avant de prendre ce bateau qui nous a été fortement conseillé par le chauffeur privé que nous avion sur Bali. Nous pouvons que confirmer les mauvais avis. Cette compagnie est à éviter, nous avons retrouvé nos affaires trempés car nos valises étaient sur le toit du bateau. Le conducteur est complètement fou, nous avions l’impression que le bateau allait se casser sur les vagues. La majorité des personnes à bord se sentaient mal.
On nous a annoncé un bateau à 10 heures qui n’est arrivé qu’à 12 heures.
Et que dire du personnel à bord qui est plus que désagréable hormis un seul membre de l’équipage qui se préoccupait du bien être des passagers.
Pour finir, nous déconseillons également les chauffeurs de taxi qui vous harcèlent à la sortie du bateau à Amed Beach. Ils sont plus qu’irrespectueux et leurs prix sont déraisonnables.

The experience was Amazing
I booked the ticket from small tourist information in gili t, the trip not look like people saing on reviews not bad at all dor me it's fine, kuda hitam express is nice boat it's speedfull verry fast with 5 angine,during on the way to amed till the hotel it's was no no no problems, iam really recommend this boat to all traveller. And one thing not all people they can make happy also not all people happy with theem trip make little nice word on review, so make your holiday niceeeeeer then your problems, maybe they have les money anymore that way they make stress reviews 🙏🙏🙏 thanks kuda hitam express they way lovely to amed.

I went to Gili T from Amed with kuda Hitam Express. when I arrived on Gili T I had forgotten my wallet in the boat. I asked every office that there was on the island but I didn’t remember the boat’s name so the next day I go back at the same hour as I arrived the last day and they gave me back the wallet whit all the money. It was so easy they’re nice people!

Nous n'avons pas eu de chance (ou une erreur de notre agence locale ?), car la "Free Bird Express" est venu nous chercher à l'hôtel, mais nous étions déjà partis avec la mauvaise compagnie...
Mal nous en a pris, car nos valises furent attachées sur le pont du bateau, alors que les autres étaient rangées sous une bâche.
Résultat après bien des paquets de mer lors de cette traversée entre Amed et Gili Trawagan, nos affaires étaient trempées à l'arrivée !
Plus qu'à faire sécher le linge et à constater des auréoles de sel...
Cette compagnie dont les critiques ne sont plus à décrier, pourrait au moins prendre soin des bagages !

This is only place we were cheated in Indonesia ...
We took their return ticket from Named to Gili T and return from Gili T to Amend.
I knew this is not good operator to go with but I was choiceless as another operator was full.
While going it was all OK though they overbooked we got only 1 seat even after fully paying for 2 seats but we reached in time to Gili T but in return it was pathetic after picking up from Gili T they stopped boat at Lombok and we had to wait there for more than 1 hour in hot atmosphere and all travellers were furious asking when will we go but no answer we were stuck.
Never use their service..
When we asked reason for such a big delay we were rudely told by drive to complaint to the office.
On a sunny day wasting 1.5 hour our entire schedule for the day got spoiled.
Never ever use Pacha express and kuda Hiram express services owned by same owner for going or coming back to Gili Island.
It's worst experience ever....

Приключения начались ещё с отеля. Нас обещали забрать 8-8:30, но никто так и не пришёл, звонили менеджеру, сказал идти самим на дорогу, ни номера машины, ничего не сообщил и перестал отвечать. Только мин через 20 постоянного выглядывание и нервничания за нами наконец-то приехали. Выгрузили в кафе, провели на берег. Все сумки и чемоданы тащили старенькие дряхлые бабушки, когда мужики сидели и курили - страшно смотреть. Наш катер приплыл на соседний причал и там просто стоял. Подплыл freebird в него начали активно загружаться вещи и люди а мы стояли сбоку и просто смотрели... полтора часа. Полтора часа прошло с момента когда мы уже должны были отплыть, а мы все стояли на берегу! Freebird уже давно уплыл, а нас все держали без какой-либо информации. Потом бабушки опять потащили наши чемоданы а нас погнали по берегу на тот соседний причал, выстроили в очередь под палящим солнцем и пришлось ещё минут 15 ждать пока они погрузят чемоданы и запустят нас. Мы и так простояли полтора часа, могли и в тени подождать! Ужас дополнялся полицейскими с автоматами по бокам от нас, словно нас в колонию сгоняют, а не на остров!!! Вещи покидали наверх где их в дороге активно поливало водой. Внутри лодки ни вентиляция ни кондиционер не работали, очень душно плюс воняло выхлопными газами, несмотря на открытые окна с одной стороны , с другой приходилось все время держать, так как окна не фиксировались и заливала вода. При входе заставили разуться и сложить всю обувь в одну коробку, хотя в самой лодке грязно! Лодка ужасно билась о волны рискуя оставить зубы и позвоночник прямо тут. Плыли вместо обещанных 40 минут больше часа. Очень жалеем, что сразу взяли обратный билет этой же компании.

Cette compagnie est à éviter. Le capitaine est complément cramé et va trop vite. Les vagues passaient au dessus du bateau par moment. A chaques vagues j'avais l'impression que le bateau allait se brisait en deux. J'ai cru qu'on allait avoir in grave accident ! Les gens vomissaient partout.Le bateau était sur-booké ! Ils vendent des places debout ! Une honte de pratiquer le surbooking en laissant de côté la sécurité ! Arrivé à Gili, l'équipage nettoie la gerbe dans l'allée principale avec un balai et tout le monde descend dans un état déplorable. Jamais vue ça de ma vie et pourtant je voyage beaucoup. Évitez les risques pour gagner du temps et prenez un slow boat.

We, a group of 7 people, booked a group ticket from Amed to Gili T and a return ticket form Gili Air to Amed. However, after we arrived, two of us wanted to stay in Gili T and be picked up there - but we just had one group ticket. Consequently, we needed to seperate the ticket before one part of the group would leave Gili T for Gili Air.
Kuda Hitam didn't have any offices on Gili T so we called the number on the ticket and asked if it's somehow possible to seperate it. Our hotel owner called the company and they said they will inform the people responsible on each Island, Gili T and Gili Air. I was given the number of Nyoman, the employee responsible. He was very helpful, answered immediately on WhatsApp and sorted everything out.
The fact that the company was so helpful prevented us from buying a new ticket for approx. 15€ per person.
Thank you very much for being so accommodating and flexible!

Je mets 2 étoiles car je suis arrivé à bon port. Mais cette compagnie me laisse perplexe : bateau vieillissant, accélération quand il y a de la houle et donc gros chocs (sensation que la bateau va se briser), cela faisait hurler les passagers, sans évoquer le retard d’une heure.
La sécurité n’est pas au rendez-vous, d’ailleurs nous n’avons eu aucune consigne au départ.
Préférez bluebird express qui paraît plus sérieuse avec un bateau en meilleur état et un accent mis sur la sécurité, même si globalement aucune compagnie n’atteint un cheveux des normes européennes.
La sécurité n’est pas au rendez-vous, d’ailleurs nous n’avons eu aucune consigne au départ.
Préférez bluebird express qui paraît plus sérieuse avec un bateau en meilleur état et un accent mis sur la sécurité, même si globalement aucune compagnie n’atteint un cheveux des normes européennes.
