I went to Kidzania when I was in elementary school, so much fun with so many job to do. This is the great place to learn about job, your kids would love it for sure. It was an memrizing experience at Kidzania.

My first visit to Kidzania last August was great so today I decided to go there again with my 4-year-old son and his friends. There were 10 of us so we book a group ticket to get a discounted ticket priced at rp 75.000, admission time at 14.00-18.00. When we went there today the place is extremely crowded as there were at least 3 school groups. They’d never informed us when we booked the ticket that they would have so many school groups coming today. They admit that they have more than 1000 booking for that afternoon session and even worse when you came at 14.00 the morning session (which had school groups too) hadn’t ended, so it means twice the crowd. When we complained that with that crowd it’s so difficult even just for walking inside they could only say “Sorry we’re quite full today because the morning session has not ended, maybe you could come back later around 3pm when the crowd is lesser” So hello you might as well sell the ticket with admission time starting at 3 pm!!! When we asked for refund they said it’s not possible, reschedule is only permitted within 2 days. So basically it’s either you take it or you will just loose your deposit. So please if you plan to take your kid there especially if your kid are still a toddler ask them whether they have a school group visit that day or not. Today in three hours time our kids can only play in 3 sessions because of the queue time. During my first visit in August with the same time slot my kid can play in 7 sessions. Very very disappointed.

First time to kidzania.
Take group promos + meal packages, afternoon sessions (weekdays), assisted with marketing, Mr. Agung.
Lots of games for kids, fun and unique.
Bogasari >>> unfortunately when playing here, the staff mostly chatted with other staff, so they did not focus on teaching children. It takes a lot of time here, cake pads are only provided for 3 of 5 children.
The police station >>> was very disappointing when we played here, we thought the atmosphere is not crowded on that day, so I represented the group, to go inside just to take photos of the children, because the room was rather closed from the front, but the female staff arrogant and fierce, drove me away.
After playing, my daughter told me that the female staff in the police asked the children "Whose mother is that ?!".
make my daughter embarrassed in front of her friends.
Very unpleasant with services like that.
Kidzania a place to play not to judge.
I also entered play area BRI bank,i was assisted by the staff and nobody " kick me out " from there.
Nursery room >>> closed during my group play hours, it must always be open, very dissatisfied, especially for group guests who only have a short amount of time.
Meal packages >>> at 5pm and my group had to bring our own large tray of 14 lunch boxes and 14 plastic bottles of tea to the dining table.
Spoons, forks, and sauces were not provided so we took them back and forth.
Other services and games we were visited, friendly staff and children are happy.
>> Better if the service is improved,
>> Given more training so that it is better at serving guests.
>> The delivery of information is more explained so there is no misconceptions.
>>And no need to be fierce, drive out adult visitors not to be in the game area.
Really embarrassing !!

Not as organized and not too intuitive at first, a very short introduction, small explanation speech could have helped a lot for first timer.
Cleanliness of the props and facility is doubtful. Quality of food sold inside is plain horrible.
Great idea but poor execution, still decent fun, best for 6 year olds.

Kidzania is definitely one of the best playgrounds in Jakarta. It's not only fun and entertaining for kids but also a right place to play and learn. Kiddos will learn and playing role in many kinds of jobs in many kind of industries, such as, nugget maker, nurse, doctor, gas station crew, pilot, hotel receptionist, actress, dancers, etc. This month is my second visit to Kidzania and surely will be back.

Yes you can. The Q is depend on the high season you're going or not. If you go on Monday - Thursday, usually the Q is not too much, but if you go on weekend, each Q is about 15-30 minutes.

Hi, I'm planning to bring my child to Kidzania Jakarta. It's stated that The operating hours on weekday start from 9am to 4pm. Does this mean we have to reach there by 9am and stay through till 4pm ? This will be our first trip to Kidzania. Thanks in advance.

It is operating hours that you are paying with your tickets, which means that you can come and go as you like as long as it is still in that time bracket. Most children will come slightly earlier and stayed until the time is over. There are many activities inside and depending on the age category your child is, there are different activity categories they can join for a certain amount of time. Once one activity is over, you can join the next one and so on. Have fun.
Hey, so i just turned 17 earlier this year and I really want to go to Kidzania as soon as I can — since I remember how much I loved Kidzania and I just want to reminiscing about the past, having fun and all you know and my question is which ticket should I buy? Since I'm 17 which means I'm in the adult catagory but I've heard that you can't enter Kidzania if you're an adult and you don't bring any kiddo(s) with you and I've also heard that you can't playing all the roles in Kidzania If you're older than 16. So I'd like to hear your solution about this, Thanks. :)

I really don't recommend this, but back then when I went to KidZania (I was 14) I saw there were some kids who were actually older than 16 and played. They probably faked their age, so they were able to play most roles. You could do this, but once again this is not recommended. you might hurt yourself or kicked out if they found out. I think, like others just ask the KidZania customer service. It's the best and safest way.
Hi, saw all good reviews and i'm really convinced to bring my 2 kids in kidzania. My only concern is that they don't speak bahasa and i dont want them to feel left out in the activities. Do all the staff speak english? Are the instructions given in english? I'm sure both of them will choose different careers so some staff will have toguide them. Thanks
