Spending our almost new year here, (avoiding Christmas and New Year eve crowd).
Very pleasant experience, the staff are friendly and helpful.
Places are clean.
Thanks for Mbak Berna and Rani for taking care of me and my husband!
We got foot spa with lavender essence, love the smell!
And then nice body scrub before massaging.
I got ratus treatment, and my husband got some kind of lulur sulfur while waiting for me.
Definitely will go back some other time.

Very relaxing spa, the therapist are quite excellent, Berna and Anna gave their best to please us. I wasnt feeling so well at that time, I was able to sleep so well during the spa and after the spa. To the top of it, Berna made a Jamu (herbal drink) and send it to my room. It really help me to boost my health. If you have any chance to stay in Ritz Kuningan, you definitely should try their spa

Booked The Royal Heritage package for couples.
Berna and Rani, our therapists made us feel very comfortable and made sure it was a relaxing 2.5 hours. We had the best massages we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend them both.
The therapy room and beds were very comfortable. Usage to Spa facilities was also included - separated male and female sections.
Would love to come back again.

Yanie was my massage lady and she was amazing. She lessened all the pain in my back. And I felt relieved and relaxed. Best place ever

i am a fan of going to different spas to try out different massage but yanie's massage was by far the best!!! she knows the pressure i wanted and targeted my stressed bosy parts perfectly. highly recommended! will find her again on my next visit!
