“糟糕的食物、糟糕的服务、很普通的高尔夫球场”

这个高尔夫球场正在为一次锦标赛做准备，到处都是吵闹的工人。这个俱乐部会所的服务和食物总是很差，这次也没什么不同。在这里打高尔夫球的唯一原因是，周围没有别的（高尔夫球场了），他们充分利用了这一点，并适当地多收了钱。很糟糕的经历，但作为一名高尔夫球手，很可能不得不遗憾地回去。也许下次我会带个三明治，来把我从他们令人厌恶的食物和咖啡中拯救出来。

“在圣淘沙打亚洲高尔夫球”

我在泰国、越南、中国、香港和柬埔寨打了20年高尔夫球，这是我在新加坡的第一场比赛。在一月份打球感觉天气很凉爽，当时假期临近尾声，毫不费力就能选到我们喜欢的首发时间。球场维护得很好，有真正的果岭和很好的沙坑。我的球童对距离和果岭都了若指掌，让这一天非常愉快。我女婿打了好几颗远球，球童一直盯着，每次都能找到球。我对圣淘沙高尔夫俱乐部的评价不会像泰国的黑山高尔夫俱乐部、柬埔寨的吴哥高尔夫球场、香港的净水高尔夫球场，甚至越南的岘港乡村俱乐部(Da Nang country club)那样高，但如果你在新加坡有时间的话，这里仍然很值得来玩玩看。

After 5 years, due to work reasons, I returned here. The weather in Singapore is much better than London, hahah, the stadium looks good, the staff are very enthusiastic, and the price seems to be cheaper than London

Bad Service, Terrible etiquette for the members

The service they provide was terrible, members which is playing very slow and needed massive improvements on their pace of play and their etiquette. And it is very overpriced (cost about 1000SGD for 2) so in my opinion it is not worth it.

Beautiful golf courses

Sentosa Golf Club is very well maintained and run. The golf courses are impeccable, and beautiful. The Golfer's Terrace has lovely views and is a great place to sit and have a drink. Food is on the expensive side at both the Terrace and Sushi Kondo. It is open to the public, so really worth a game if you enjoy golf.

Challenging Golf Course

They were getting the Course prepared for a women’s World Cup tournament which may be why the greens were so tough . The course was in excellent shape and would love to play it again. The staff were friendly and the pace of play was good.

Alpha 10th Annual Golf & Dinner

Lovely place and surroundings that oversees the south east coastal view from the club with world class golf green that hosted a couple of international golfing events.

Ambience was nice and staff were pleasant and helpful.

The food served was to me, good for a golf club standard and could have improved in several of the food been presented. The chicken was a bit dry and the sea bass was not very fresh.

Staff serving at the ballroom was a few hence, had to wait for some time before I can get their attention.

Transportation to this place is easy. Take the monorail from Vicocity to Beach station then change to Bus B. Stops right at the venue.

Golfers terrace a great place for lunch

Most golf courses have F&B out of obligation and the service is typically poor and food average. Sentosa has an awesome kitchen with great selection of food options from western to local.

The staff are attentive and fun! Keep an eye out for Lilly, Elaine and George. All great fun and ready to give you a great experience

Good course but seriously rude to visitors

First to good things, the Tanjong course was in excellent condition, with the greens being about the best I have played on, and I have played on many top international courses. They are better than Royal Melbourne and better than Woburn - who also both have excellent greens. The course layout is interesting and you are punished if you are off the fairway. The bunkers are in good condition too - thankfully only found one, and there are a few. I would say that the course is similar to Black Mountain, but I prefer the Thailand course. The locker rooms are clean and well stocked, the pace of play was good too. I was booked for early morning tee time and as I was on my own, they put me out a bit earlier behind a couple of two balls. That was good and sensible management. They check you are up with the pace of play after 9, and the course staff are friendly.

Now for the not so good things. First big issue, despite being on my own and having to have a cart, my husband was not allowed to come with me, either on foot or in the cart. I have never heard of such a policy before in any course I have played as a visitor. They do not allow “followers”. This was a major inconvenience to us, meant my husband had to find his own way back to our hotel, and meant we did not have lunch there as planned. Very short sighted, and very rude.

It is very expensive, with a no refund policy if the weather ruins the game after teeing off. I was fortunate - I had an early tee off and got round just as the storm clouds were gathering. An hour later and there was serious thunder and lightening. Any visitor who had started their round would just have to forget the $410 they have just forked out. This is a very poor policy.

Carts are compulsory, but there is no GPS or mapping in the carts and no course guide of the Tanjong. There are quite a few blind shots and a lot of water. There is no cart service to ensure you have water and no ability to purchase water to take on the course. I managed to find a place to fill up my own bottle eventually.

Overall I am glad I played it - but turning my husband away left me seriously annoyed and with a sour taste. I will not be returning.
