这个比起环球影城还是差了那么点儿，差点就错过了。只能说是个蛮好玩的地方，下载他们的应用程序之后就能看到这些图像是怎么活跃起来的。玩玩大概要不了半小时吧，地方不大但是有五十多个图像。

Thank you for your review. If you enter Sentosa on foot via the Sentosa Boardwalk, then Trick Eye Museum will be the first attraction you'll encounter on your way in. Alternatively, if you turn right and walk straight ahead after walking through Malaysian Food Street, you'll be able to locate us as well. 我们在这里疯狂的摆造型拍照，玩得很开心，我们下载了他们推荐的应用程序，让照片在你拍照的时候动起来。这个地方门票不贵，但要知道它也不是很大，可能最多1个小时就能逛完了，所以可以把这个地方作为你在圣淘沙岛游览的附加项目。

Thank you for your review. In a way we're happy that your mobile phone battery was drained because you took many photos. :)
We also have power banks, available for free rental to our guests at the ticketing counter. Guests can approach any of our staff for assistance if they need to charge their phones.
The XR App was recently upgraded and debugged, so we're happy to let you know that it has been optimized for better and faster performance.

当大多数人都去参观环球和海洋水族馆时，这个景点却不那么热门。但这是一个很好的景点，你可以通过手机探索虚拟图像并拍照。孩子们真的很喜欢虚拟体验。

我喜欢摄影，而这里是拍摄各种搞怪照片的天堂。这里有许多艺术装置和多维度照片，大家可以运用技巧营造视觉错觉!!!这个地方超棒的，我儿子也玩得很开心。我们待了三个多小时，却还是没办法完全探索一遍!!!正是高超的想象力和惊人的执行力才创造出这么多拍摄恶搞图片的场景!!!

这个景点就是欺骗。有9个舞台场地都是关门的。苹果旗舰店的app不能用。主入口的工作人员不会说英语。对于提前买的纸质票，你需要走10多分钟才能离开景区大门。不要把钱花在这种地方。

Thank you for your review. While we understand that some guests may not enjoy the museum as much as others, we're concerned about your labeling of our museum as a fraud, which we take quite seriously.
As our museum was undergoing some renovations between 1 - 17 April, our staff made sure to inform each and everyone of our guests how many exhibits were affected during the renovation period. Tickets purchased onsite were discounted to ensure guests experience was compensated. For guests who have pre-purchased their tickets from other sources, we also made sure to provide them with a souvenir for service recovery.
The XR Museum App (available for download in both App Store and Google Play) works best on phones that have been updated with the latest available phone operating systems. If you have not updated your phone recently, this could be the main reason why the app did not work well on your phone.
Photo guides are also available throughout the museum located next to each exhibit to inform guests on whether there are AR effects and how best to pose to get the best effect.
If you purchased your tickets online from other sources besides Trick Eye Museum's online store, then it is possible you had to walk to the vendor's counter to collect your tickets before arriving at the museum. Unfortunately this is something we are unable to control, and we encourage our guests to purchase tickets from Trick Eye Museum directly in order to enjoy the convenience of hassle free ticket collection.
Finally, all our staff speak English, as English is the main language spoken in Singapore. Perhaps there was some miscommunication between you and your staff, but we are certain that we do our best to try and communicate well with each and every one of our guests. I will, however, bring this up to our team at the ticketing counter to ensure that guests do not feel misunderstood.
I hope I have addressed each one of your concerns and feedback. Trick Eye Museum has been around since 2010, and our branch in Singapore has been established since 2014. We take the business of engaging our guests through our optical illusion exhibits very seriously and are most definitely not in the business of defrauding our customers.

And it's great that you found the perfect timing to visit, as 6pm - 8pm is usually an off peak timing for us - perfect for visitors to have the museum all to themselves! Thanks for your question! You'll only need to pay for the admission ticket, and you'll be able to carry any kind of photography equipment into the museum to take photos. Do bring your smartphone along with you so you can download our AR app to take augmented reality photos and videos during your visit.

Once you land ,contact any local travel agent to get the best rates.
Buying tickets at the counter costs more.Almost all tickets are available online but ,buying from local travel agents would help you save more on tickets.Except for Night safari, the tickets have a validity of 3-6 months.Only for Night Safari plan your dates and buy the tickets.

It's right opposite to the SEA Aquarium. When you come out of SEA Aquarium, you will see Malaysian food court. Go On the left side of this (you will cross K-Pop studio). Trick Eye Museum is right after this.
