Wir hatten 2 Full body Massagen gebucht und es war Tip Top. Freundlicher Empfang und schnelle Abwicklung des Check In. Die Massage konnte in einem agedunkelten Raum beginnen, wobei mir ein angewärmtes Handtuch auf die Schultern gelegt wurde. Sehr angenehmer Druck und Entspannung. Wir waren begeistert.

My friends and I decided to try this branch as the North Bridge Rd branch was fully booked for the night.
Location wise, a tad hard to find as it is at the other end of Tras Street.
Nonetheless, massage service was good as usual.
The masseur was attentive and professional.
The establishment certainly maintains her standards.
Despite having a late night massage at 12:30 am, there was a steady stream of clients; a testament to the popularity.

My husband and I have booked a 90 min massage. The booking is easy via phone and swift. When we reach, the registration is fast too.
Both masseuse are professional and good who have a lot of strength.
The spa is opened til 2/3a.m. Hence u can also go very late at night. You can have a disc if you opt for weekday daytime 90min massge. Do check out the rate w them.
Overall, recommended

Terrible 2-hr full body massage experience.
1st - requested for Swedish Massage but ended up with a Chinese Tui Na Massage. One may say, "You should have voiced out"...which I did ask if they differentiate between the 2 massages (which according to the masseuse, they do)...but just as accepting a wrong food order instead of returning it, no harm trying it out as it is my first visit.
2nd - Masseuse's strength is either a 1 or 10, having no idea to adjust to various parts of body. Imagine...when massage began around the shoulder blade area, she asks if enough strength (1 - like wiping a furniture) is applied...proceed to feedback to her that she can apply more strength, immediately proceed to (10 - elbow with upper body weight), and she applies the same strength on neck area. Tell her to be more gentle on the neck area, only to be responded with "Why don't you tell me now all in 1 go?" It boggles my mind how some people assume that same level of strength can be applied to any part of a person. Despite providing additional feedback onward, she still have no idea, only capable of strength 1 or 10...and it's as if it's your fault for not providing clear instructions...to a point 30min in, I gave up...with the rest of the 1 1/2 hours almost as if being gently wiped with massage oil. Note: Almost wanted to walk out around the 40min mark feeling totally displeased.
Not even worth a quarter value of the SGD126 2-hr massage + SGD15 massage oil.

This is my first time having a massage in Singapore. Good massage but price is on the high side when compared to BKK and JB. I know it's not a fair comparison but can't help it as I always have my massage in BKK and JB during the pre-covid period. Went with a group of friends and we were given a private room.

Superb Experience! A must come when you are in Singapore! Great environment and top-class massage service! Even managed to see some local celebrities when I was there!

just finished the most relaxing full body oil massage at their Orchard outlet ( just opened 3 weeks ago) My AMAZING therapist was named Angel, she was so polite and kind, she took out all my knots and left me so relaxed and rested. its been a long time since I've found an amazing spa, I will be back no doubt about it.

Mind blowing Massage... I have been many Spas but this one treatment is life changing. The Spa guy’s name is Nik... he carried out my 90 minutes treatment. If you are in town please do yourself a favour and get this treatment, it is a no brainer or should say game changer.
I am blessed to have experienced this treatment. Just to reiterate my love for this I felt compelled to write this review so I know justice is served.
I thank God for Imperial Apple Spa.

Die Körper und die Fußmassage waren einfach nur schmerzhaft. Ich hatte schon einige Massagen, aber noch nie hatte ich solche Schmerzen dabei. Ich habe zwei mal darum gebeten mit weniger Druck zu massieren, dies hat jedoch beide Male keine Minute angehalten. Ich hatte den Eindruck als hätte die Masseurin keine Lust! Hinterher hat mir alles wehgetan und der Tag war gelaufen. Verschwendetes Geld und Lebenszeit. Eine Massage zum abgewöhnen!

Es war die schlechteste Massage die ich bis jetzt hatte und grenzt schon an Körperverletzung. Ich hatte eine 90 minütige schwedische Massage gebucht. Die Massage hatte nichts mit einer Schwedischen Massage zu tun. Die Masseurin drückte vollkommen hektisch und sehr unangenehm auf meinem Rücken herum. Sie war nicht im geringsten an der Entspannung ihrer Kunden interessiert, verschwand zwischendurch ohne einen Ton zu sagen und unterhielt sich mit ihrer Kollegin während der Massage auf chinesisch. Ich hatte schon viele Massagen aber bei keiner außer dieser hatte ich im Anschluss den ganzen Tag schmerzen. Es war eine absolute Geldverschwendung und hat mir den Tag versaut. Zu dem ging die Massage auch nur 70 Minuten, was mir bei diesen Schmerzen jedoch recht war. Meiner Freundin erging es genauso wie mir, so dass es nicht an nur dieser einen Masseurin liegen kann. Diese schlechte Massage ist der Grund warum ich mich bei TripAdvisor angemeldet habe.
