Excellent 2+ hour late-afternoon early-evening Segway tour with Lewis! He led us on a beautiful trip all around the scenic Marina Bay area, explaining the highlights and making sure it was safe for us. He also used our phone to take great videos of us on our ride. We have done a number of fun Segway tours in Europe and the US before, and Lewis made this one the best of all - many thanks, highly recommended!

The tour started at the National Stadium shopping mall which was easy to get to on MRT and seeing the stadium was an added bonus. We traveled round the coastline from the stadium, along Bay East Gardens, across Marina Barrage, through Gardens by the Bay and on to the Art Science museum. Lots of photo opportunities along the way and good information provided by our guild.

This is the only Segway business in Singapore so other options were non existent.
Overall the experience was fun, but the guide spoke little English and pretty much just took us on a joyride around. In his defence though he did give us a few photo opportunities. The route was great, with some brilliant sights to see as this was our first trip to Singapore. The Segways were not brilliant, being mini, they had to have a battery change half way through the journey, but we still did a full 2 hours nonetheless. We rode the large Segways in Europe and personally I enjoyed them more.
I would still recommend if you are considering, as it was totally enjoyable riding these. Be prepared for sore feet though!

Such a nice trip. The guide was kind to show us how segways work and let us try it out. He was also so flexible with me and my 9 year old daughter to see what we wanted and skip anything we already saw. It felt nice to see sights with a cool breeze from the Segway. Tbis was one of the most enjoyable excursions we had. He even took pics and photos of us on the Segways. Seeing Singapore from this water view was spectacular. Thank you, Arjun!

Don’t waste you time on this tour, go to the segways on Sentosa island. Because…
NOT A TOUR - There was no tour, we just followed an already set out path around the bay which we could’ve easily done ourselves. You don’t stop off at any worthwhile spots, much better to visit key attractions in your own time.
VERY SMALL SEGWAY - The Segway itself was very small and could only hold less than 100kg, for anyone over 60kg your battery will have to be replaced within the 2hour time frame.
COMMUNICATION - very little and very poor English speaking so guide didn’t say a word to us in the tour and just pointed occasionally and tried to take our photo in un-aesthetic places.
PACE - since the segways are so weak and banged up you can only go walking speed which is very pointless and frustrating when you want to go faster and see more in the time frame. Kept on waiting to speed up and have fun but guide was very slow.
Having done the Segway tour on Sentosa island, don’t do this one, massive waste of money.

Fantastic experience. Lewis was super helpful and a brilliant guide! We had so much fun on our Segway tour and despite my initial concerns about not being able to control my mini Segway within minutes you master it! Super easy to use and we were offered helmets etc. fantastic way to see Singapore and would highly recommend to all.

My husband and I wentbon this tour. The tour was run by a 16 and 13 year-old and we were not provided with any safety equipment. His segway developed a fault and was catapulted over the handlebars. He ripped 3 tendons in his right shoulder and 2 in his left and needed major surgery on both shoulders on our return home and has life changing injuries. He also broke ribs. The company admitted that there was a fault with the segway but it appears they are not insured and have ignored all communications with our Singaporean lawyers. The company is not professional and please Do Not use as the equipment is old and dangerous.

Fantastic experience, with excellent views of Singapore including Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay. Lewis was a great guide, very friendly and informative and videoed our ride for our memories. There were plenty of stops for photo ops. You must do it.

A brilliant way to see the key sights of Singapore . Lewis was a fantastic guide who took loads of photos and videos around the route of us. The mini segways are very easy to ride and you get to cover a great distance in a very easy way. A highly recommended way to spend two hours.

Can I book the 2 hours tour even if I am solo? Is it required to book online or can I book onsite?

Maximum weight is 150kg, but there is always a safety factor like lift, so things wont break down so easily.
Normally age of 5 and above can ride already.

How do you check if the riders are skilled to do the ride. It shouldn't be that we register and then find we are unable to balance for lack of practice time, and hence drop off. Will there be any refunds? Aslo, are kids 10 years and above are allowed

Normally 90% of the travellers never rode a Segway before. We will teach everyone before going off the tour. It should take less than 3 minutes to learn how to ride. Age of 5 years old and above will be able to ride a Segway and join our tour. Thank you very much.
