Was there in the afternoon with some of my fiends. Had a good time. Cheap martini, no one can beat the price.

Nice lounge bar located in/through Mezza9 restaurant on first floor of Grand Hyatt hotel, Scott’s Road. Take escalators to first floor and walk through Mezza9 restaurant to get to Martini bar. Slow service and freezing cold but still a nice spot for pre or post dinner drinks. As you would expect..very large/good listing of Martinis as well as other cocktails. Expresso Martini particularly good.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt and exceptional customer service from a gentleman called Ravi - he is an amazing employee and the hotel are very lucky to have him as part of their team! Well Done 👌

Had a ladies’ night out at Martini Bar yesterday and was warmly welcomed by Rama when we came through the glass door from Mezza9.
Although it was our umpteenth time at the bar, we had been away for a while and so we had not met Rama (or Vanesa - mentioned below).
Really appreciated Rama’s initiative as he introduced the menu (wines, martinis, snacks) and recommended martinis we may like. When he heard I wanted the Tom Saap martini (which I strongly recommend to all who enjoy a bit of spice (chili) in their drink) he very helpfully asked whether I can take spice. The Lemon Basil Martini he recommended was also spot on for our palette.
Vanesa also served our drinks and food in the course of the evening and her warm smile and readiness to help, struck us as rather special. She clearly is committed to her job - as she knew the menu inside out - she had answers to our questions about the bar snacks (not just the menu but the portioning and the ingredients) at her fingertips.
Good service should never be taken for granted. Thanks to both of them we had a lovely time.
Before anyone wonders why Martinis have not featured very much in this review, that’s because the outstanding concoctions of Martini Bar are a given (by now) - as I mentioned right at the outset - it isn’t our first time here.
The Bar also has Beyond sliders for bar snacks. Definitely worth a try.

My friend and I came to Mezza9 yesterday ( 8th July 2019). What a find! Cozy and super friendly staff, good atmosphere and super food , which has gone to the top of my list for restaurant!! We will definitely be returning- thank you to all the staff. Special thanks to Rama who assisted us , he was friendly and very cheerful, very pleasant to have such a cheerful staff around . I will highly recommend his service. Good job and keep going . 5 star for Rama and the team .

Catherine and I visit the Martini Bar most weeks, a great team with friendly service. Yesterday the Manager Koi Diaz on his day off invited us out for the best Chicken Biriyani I have had in 25 years of living in Singapore. We are glad to call Hyatt staff friends.

Just arrived at Grand Hyatt from NYC and grabbed late night drink at Martini Bar. I was time warped from travel and rest of my family was sleeping off travel.
Bar was very trendy scene but kinda limited with wine by the glass. The high prices ($35USD-$40USD) didn't bother me as much as them closing at midnight. They were kinda obnoxious about leaving at 12 and quickly ushered everyone out. Usually past my bedtime but it's lunchtime in NYC.
Altogether- a good hotel bar with friendly service. If you are staying in the hotel - worth stopping in.

I visited Martini bar on 8th June with a friend visiting from jakarta. Both of us are regulars there . But yesterday , the service , wait time and most importantly the attitude of the staff was unprofessional , rude and extremely lacking in basic service .it was a fairly empty bar that evening and we had to wait for over 20 minutes for get the attention of a waiter and over 15 minutes to get served two glasses of wine ! All this without an apology or an explanation. The food order took over half hour ( one order of French fries!) and by the end of it , it was a terrible experience. When we complained to the manager it was brushed aside cursorily. The manager Desmond was pleasant but did nothing to rectify the situation which in my book is bad customer service . Overall a very negative customer experience. It will be interesting to see if Martini bar actually bother to respond to this review and reach out or they just can’t be bothered
