Zhongshan mall is ok but NTUC no thanks! Each time buying there is like looting goods. Charging 20cents for plastic bag, no free parking, etc.

Key tenant is ntuc. The rest are mostly small eateries, food court. Nothing much to walk here. But guess this mall could be one of the newer (not the newest) along Balestier road?

It is a small neighborhood mall located in middle of Balestier area, it has a couple of mid range hotel attached to it and a decent size basement car park.
No collection of branded shops here, so unlikely to find any good retail therapy here. It has a few restaurants, a mid size food court with a collection of local favorites and a decent supermarket on level 2. If you really need to get a caffeine fix, there is a Starbucks at a side of the mall. There is also a McDonald’s if you must have fast food.
The mall has nothing fantastic to shout about, just a typical neighborhood place to do your grocery shopping, grab a quick meal and maybe chat with friends over a cup of coffee.
In general, it is a clean and functional place, but unlike a place one can expect to spend more than a couple of hours at.

Zhongshan is not a big mall, connected directly to Ramada hotel.
There is a foodcourt, McD, Starbucks, Thai restaurant, pharmacy and several other business outlets on ground floor.
Anchor tenant is the Fairprice supermarket located on first floor.
There is a bus stop conveniently located at the front entrance.
Serves as a pretty good neighbourhood mall.

Was convenient to have the mall attached to the Ramada Hotel. There was some good food stalls and grocery stalls. Apart from that, there were some small shops is definitely not a shopping destinations but perfect for those who are after a cheap food and groceries.

This Mall is quite small and predominated by eateries. There is a supermarket located here also, but otherwise nothing to maintain a visitor's attraction for long.

This was just your average small neighborhood mall nothing compared to the larger ones in Singapore. I would only come here if your hotel happens to be right by it.
