这是一条以私人老式住宅为主的街道。你可以拍一些漂亮的照片。这条街头有几家酒吧，紧挨着乌节路地铁站。你一到这里，你就可以到拐角处去买东西了！

如果你一心想购物，你可能不会注意到这里。翡翠山有着一条色彩缤纷的古老街道和重新修缮的房子，有些房子里还开着小店。这里还有很棒的照相馆，但我不会光顾那里。

Am visiting Singapore from 23-Feb'15 till 1-Mar'15 for vacation along with my parents.
Let me know if there are good restaurants or cafés onsite? Also, how do I get there using public transportation from Hotel Park Sovereign-Albert?

hi there, yes there is a lot of bars and restaurants in close distance from Emerald Hill.
if you have the chance, go for a walking tour with Geraldene Lowe, she does all the history, it is awesome , did it years ago.
if you stay on the same side as E H, go to the big traffic light, and go over to the other side , and go into the huge shopping centre, then work you way up and down the different floors, and you will find all the food you can eat, we love the food hall under ION shopping centre, its awesome, you get the best" black pepper stir fry", with rice for $8.
the nearest MRT are Orchard & Somerset.
At the Paragon shopping centre, you get a good feed of fish in the food hall.
