Service getting bad to worse. Pushy for sales. Keep booking appointments in their system even though I did not confirm that i was free in the first place. Only discovered it when counter girl wanted to confirm the appointment the day before. Already informed that appointment will be booked after I settled my personal matters. Kept asking and asking, and booked slots without permission. Totally disregard customer feelings and situation.

Didn't feel that they were using quality products and even the sponges for cleaning felt thin and don't clean well. Hard selling staffs that tries to sell you more even when you are having your treatment; can hardly relax!

Initially I sent them a private msg on my feedback and they say will get back to me but never did... so sharing my experience here.
1) Massage - the masseur that massaged my boyfriend was doing it wrongly. He was hurting for a week! There’s also huge bruises on his back.
2) Jacuzzi - the tub was filled with boiling HOT water. We had to refill them and wasted about 20 mins sitting and waiting. End up we lost the mood and left before.
4) Cleanliness - we spotted quite afew spider web around the room. Also the bottles of lotion / creams are empty and dirty. Comb has hair on it.
Overall it wasn’t a good experiences for us especially this was supposedly to be a surprise for my boyfriend. We left very disappointed and never coming back.

I received a lovely, friendly welcome. I had arrived early feeling very hot and was shown to a free room so that I could have a shower and relax whilst I waited for my appointment. The massage I had was really lovely, it was the perfect pressure for me and I felt completely relaxed and restored afterwards. I would recommend the treatment and Spa Club.

I recently was staying at a hotel near Spa Club, this was my first visit and the spa was nearby. Absolutely one of the best massages I have had in Singapore. The facilities are fantastic, the service was outstanding and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
Highly recommend a stop at Spa Club, I will definitely return on my next trip.

Enjoyed my facial and body massage at Spa Club! Staff were friendly and polite too, which made the experience very pleasant! Will recommend friends to come along with me next time 😊 Awesome BFF activity!

favourite place to unwind and relax! I'll usually use the jacuzzi, then go for facial and body massage.
the therapists are super friendly and attentive, I truly enjoy my experiences here at Spa Club :)

Immediately felt so welcomed the moment I stepped inside spa club and I couldn’t wait for my treatments alr! My masseuse was very skilful and was able to apply pressure at the correct spots to help me loosen and destress. She was very chatty and warm and I was so comfortable throughout the session. Afterwards I did a IPG body slimming and my therapist was very attentive and constantly checked on me if the amount of pressure she was exerting on me was bearable. Would definitely recommend to new future customers! Price range is very affordable and you are paying for quality treatments too.
