For £20 really isn’t worth the money. Was treated really poorly by the people working on reception. Food is inedible and no comfy chairs better off just staying in the airport.

I’ll give this lounge 4 stars simply for their amazing laksa (I had 3 bowls of them! lol). Other food is not as appealing tho.
The lounge itself is spacious with quieter area to take a good rest before a long flight. If you have access to the Cathay lounge right next door, I’d suggest you go there after trying the laksa at this lounge.

Pretty much one of the most AVERAGE lounges in Changi Airport; the food mix is very limited and the seats are quite old and unappealing… sadly, there is no better alternative in Terminal 4 😢 and considering Terminal 4 was built not too long ago, this is quite disappointing 😕

The food quality and option is just average and maybe a lil bit below average. The environment and ambient is better than the KLIA2 and HKIA if you need a better spot to rest.

Absolutely horrendous lounge. Shocking to see that this is where Etihad sends its premium passengers - disgusting food selection, sticky floor, uninterested staff. Just vile.
Shameful to see such a facility used by airlines pretending to offer a premium experience.

Dirty toilets . We left the lounge in a minute as really put off . I cannot imagine in singapore airport a business class lounge has such unhygienic and dirty conditions . This shows that management is sloppy and donot care .

If you are thinking of eating military or boarding school plastic food then this lounge is for you. And expect sticky flooring throughout the kitchen area.

A very disappointing experience! The bathrooms were ‘closed for maintenance’ as was the most comfortable part of the lounge. Food was very average and no decent coffee.
I left the lounge as there are many more interesting and comfortable areas ( with access to bathroom!) in the main parts of the terminal.

Not a great lounge. Got in with Priority Pass. Priority Pass needs to start focusing on quality, or I will stop using it. The lounge smells. It has a done market feel. The food did not look appetizing. The had two types of wine, white and red, both from a brand I never heard of.
The chairs are comfortable. Not the end of the world, but much worse than the average lounge I have been in.

Hi, do you have to buy ticket for a 2-year-old? Recently my family travelled through Changi, both my husband and I had SATS' invitation from our airline's gold membership. But we were told that our 2-year-old son accompanying us, needs a ticket, is that so?

My experience of SATS lounge in Terminal One in January this year was not a good one.
My advice would be to go elsewhere. Changi is an amazing airport and there are many much nicer areas to sit.
Most definitely do not recommend.

Our ticket included food and drink so can't comment on the costs.
But, as others have said, some alcohol is included but if it is the same standard as the rest of the lounge/food it won't be very exciting!

I would say it all depends.. Airlines charge you full fair from 12 years old etc. So application is key. In the lounges, I think they see it from around the 12 mark also..

Typically, you can come and go but you may have to show your card and ticket each time you go back. I have gone in and out during long layovers, no problems.
