We caught the 5:30pm on 10/4/2024 from Sunway to Penang. Overall it was a decent trip. Aeroline is considered a premier coach service and you pay a premium naturally.
Unfortunately the toilet didn't flush. That's why its a 3* for me. That vehicle should have been deemed unfit for service, until defect was rectified.

Very smooth and comfortable ride. Food was ok-ok (from spore) but food was good (from KL). Services from both attendant and driver was friendly and attentive. Good job and would recommend!

Easy booking . Very comfortable "lazy-boy" type seating with leg rests, screens, headphones, even a blanket (in case the aircon was too cold). On board steward who served hot drinks and lunch. Easy travelling from Singapore to KL.

Few months back I was traveling in Aeroline with my family from Singapore to Malaysia. Due to some visa issue we had miss our bus at the immigration center. Luckily I spoke to one of their staff, Ms. Julie who went above and beyond to manage us few seats in one of their other Aeroline bus which was few hours away and made sure we reached safely to our destination. Such a difficult day it was but Aeroline staffs made it easy for us. Truly an unforgettable experience. Thank you Ms. Julie and Thank you Aeroline

Been taking Aeroline for years now. So far, overall is good, I should say. But the one I took on the 5th Aug 2023 has given us the "best service". Bus VCP8811, KL-SIN @ 8 am from Corus Hotel, Ampang. Captain Badrul and Edward were on duty. The service was the BEST OF THE BEST, I should say. Edward was so friendly. There was another staff on board balik kampung and also Capt Badrul. They were all so helpful and friendly. I hope I will be able to meet this team again during my next trip as I'm a regular traveler to SIN. Well done guys! Keep it up! God Bless! Gambateh!!!

Ref number : 1285534 for 7/24 - Very dissatisfied with how Aeroline handled my refund request. It's been almost 3 weeks, very far from what they have assured me to get my refund on. Reached out to my bank, and was advised that no refund was processed on the merchant's side - AEROLINE. Please be cautious in booking with this company cos they are holding your money for too long without any reasons. I will continue to post reviews online until this case is settled. Will take down this review as soon as I receive my refund.

We should allow to choose the seat before making a payment. Many travellers is in family & group, but after payment is paid, we found the seat not available in nearby row. This makes some not interested to continue like those who need assistance each other or like to be closer especially for old people. Appreciate management can change the way of applying it before payment. Some not mind, but it is important to improve your service like booking airline that allows us to pay after choosing everything. Hopefully this will improve your business.

We took the Aeroline from KL to Penang. Pick up was at Corus hotel at 4pm. First impressions: seats were very comfortable, spacious and clean. Food was served about 1.5 hours after boarding. Options were chicken and spicy fried rice or tofu and spicy fried rice. If you can’t take spicy, let them know when you purchase your ticket in advance. Overall the journey was safe despite extremely bad weather. Heavy rains where visibility was at a minimal. Traffic congestion on highways leading to Penang. Something I did not expect. But the bus driver delivered. His safe driving skills got us all there in one piece. We arrived exactly at 9pm at Queens Bay Mall. That’s when the crew really shined. As Canadian tourists we are not quite familiar with the Grab. There were 7 of us including 3 seniors. We were alittle out of it considering it’s our first time in Penang. We needed time to get our bearings. The crew was kind enough to call us a Grab and even directed us to the Grab pick up point and even waited until the Grab car arrived to pick us up. Awesome crew. Was surprised at how kind these people were , even when they were done for the day and waiting to go home after the 5 hour journey. I can only imagine how tired they were after driving the bus and serving us to make sure we were comfortable. Excellent service. I only wished they had more routes within Malaysia. That’s the only way to travel.

Front desk personnel was very unhelpful and rude. The bus needs better maintenance. Screens did not work and their was no onboard entertainment as advertised. The seating was a disaster, online booking does not correspond with the actual bus so you might book a seat that does not exist and will be asked to get off. Good was very cheap and bland.

I had to request for a change of travel date for the return leg of my trip, as I caught COVID. Since I wasn't able to do so via Aeroline's system, I had requested for it through their online feedback form. I was pleasantly surprised that the reply was prompt and I was told that I had to make my way down to their branch to do so. I then explained that I would not be able to do so since I caught COVID, and asked Aeroline to exercise some flexibility on this. The Aeroline staff just ignored my reply and I have not heard back at all since then, despite chaser!

I don't think this is an unreasonable request at all. COVID aside, in this age and day, who still asks for physical presence to fulfill such a simple request?

I also attempted to call their hotline 62588800 thrice at different times of the day but nobody picked up at all.

Is this the service standard, that Aeroline charges a premium for, deliver to its customers?
