I had a pleasant opinion of Angelmó. Everything was very clean and with very varied craft stalls and convenient prices. We had lunch in a stilt house, with excellent quality seafood. Then we buy top quality seafood. Many local people who offer you their products without problems. We feel 100% safe!

I am leaving Puerto Montt disappointed, I bought seafood at the Angelmó fair (market) and they were in poor condition. We made ceviche at home and I and 6 of my relatives got sick to our stomachs.
I hope they improve or supervise those places more.

An overcrowded cove with offers to hunt tourists
There are places that are exempt, but the bad habits of not publishing prices in the kitchens make it an unpleasant experience to visit this market to eat.

Good food. Well served but in most restaurants (I'm not talking about the kitchens at the end) they don't accept payment by debit card, which I find surprising. They also accept transfers...(!)

Typical food of the area with a beautiful view of Tenglo Island. It is a market with several cooks and inside they sell fish, cheese, etc. You have to live the experience. This time we went to local 30 second floor because it has views of the sea and the island.

We walked into Angelmo from the cruise ship pier, primarily to visit the handicraft market. It was mostly touristy souvenirs (with some exceptions). The prices did seem to be lower than some of the other areas we visited.

Local 10, on the second floor, upon entering the two-story red restaurants on the left. Good views, quiet, clean and good food.

Typical fishing place, located in a bay of Puerto Montt. It is a tourist attraction site where we find a small beach, a craft fair, the busy market that sells fish, seafood and cheese, and several restaurants. We can see when the boats arrive and the sea lions approach along with numerous birds in search of food. We arrived by public transportation and walked a few blocks, it seems unsafe, but we didn't have any problems. It is a port area, a few meters away is the cruise terminal.

Hola, lejos La cocinería "el gran plato" atendido por Dolores y Rosamel (nombres artísticos XD) entramosnporquenlamxoxinanse veia de afuera muy limpia y ordenada, muy amables en la atención, te sirven pisco sour, jugo, ceviche, consomé y sopaipillas de cortesía! Los platos son de buen precio y muy muy abundanmtes, yo pedí locos, mi esposo erizo y mis hijos papás fritas con merluza, tuvo el detalle de darles la colora para que no les salieran espinas. Fue una muy buena experiencia.

Minha dúvida e se devido a erupção do Vulcão Calbuco os passeios a Saltos de Petrohue e o Passeio de Catamarã pelo Logo Todos Los Santos até Peulla estão suspensos devido as cinzas?

Oi Rosângela, eu estive em Puerto Montt em abril, 1 semana antes da erupção. Fiquei sabendo que haviam evacuado a área que vc menciona. O ideal seria entrar em contato com agências de turismo local. Procure por Turistur no facebook, eu fiz o passeio a Peulla, Saltos de Petrohue e Lago de todos os Santos em setembro/2014 com eles. Espero te ajudado.
