We had an excellent experience with the tour with Manuel. He was very knowledgeable about Chile history, culture, cocktails, and so much. He was very nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable tour guide.

Thanks to our guide, Felipe H., for leading us to Bellavista neighborhood and the local markets. We had the chance to see an part of the city that rarely is on the guides. Moreover, Felipe was ready to explain us everything regarding the social and cultural background and history of this city. We really had good and interesting time

The ladies that gave our group the bike tour were fantastic. Knowledgeable, patient with us, acted as crossing guards in busy areas, related interesting history and information, and....we got ice cream! I think we also lucked out having the best Spring weather day possible! Thank you La Bicicleta Verde!

Very informative. Amapela and team were amazing. Funny but still informing us of the history. The rides through the streets were also fun. It helped us to go back and visit some of the neighborhoods during our stay.

Hey,
We do have seats for kids, but we wouldn't recommend taking along a 6-month year old, given that the ride can be bumpy and the streets can be rough.
We do however have seats and trailers that would be perfect for a 3 year old!

Hello Sophie,
thanks for coming back to us.
The meeting point is 12 km away from our office in Loreto 6 but very good connected to public traffic. You get there by metro (Stop Quilín) + taxi. Bikes are waiting at the vineyard!

Guleoni boa tarde! Eu não sei te dizer. Provavelmente vc poderá consultar agências de turismo que fazem esse tipo de serviço. Eu contratei um transfer para o Valle Nevado com o Sr Miguel que faz vários passeios, inclusive vinicolas. Uma pessoa muito simpática, pontual, com ótimo custo beneficio. O Whatzap dele é +56 9 9615 2993. Porém a Vinicola Cousino Macul fica muito fácil de fazer a visita, pois o metro para em uma estação que fica distante 5 minutos de taxi da vinícola. No site da vinícola explica direitinho com é o acesso. E a vinícola é muito bonita. Vale a pena. Espero ter ajudado. Boa Viagem!!

Hello there, the LBV office is about 5-10 blocks walking from any place in downtown. We are next to the Fine Artes Museum which is located on the northern edge of downtown. Everything is 15 min walk in downtown Santiago.
