Excellent tour, the tour guides Andres and Alejandra were very knowledgeable and made the tour an amazing experience. They explained everything clearly and added funny remarks for all places we visited. We visited the markets, saw local fruits and foods, tasted sopaipillas and local fruit juices which were great. Got a real taste of everyday life in local Santiago. Very satisfied with the tours and service at La bicicleta verde… Antonio was very helpful… would do it again with no doubt… highly recommended.

Nice bike ride and visit to La Verde. A nice big market full of atmosphere. Good and safe guidance. Start and finish in the nice Bellavista neighborhood.

Awesome shop. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended. I chose to not participate in a tour but instead rented a bike for 2 days to explore all corners of the city.

Antonio was so helpful, adjusting our bikes and helmet straps, answering our questions, and even providing a local map and marking the best places to ride. We happened to bike on a Sunday when one of the main roads along the river was closed specifically for bike riding -- I'm not sure if this is a weekly or monthly event. But it was great! Even without the road closure, renting bikes is a fantastic way to poke around Santiago.
ONE TIP THOUGH: The shop is exactly where it's promised on the map (a few blocks north and east of its location a few years ago next to the river) but we couldn't see the name of the business from the street. The building looked closed up; we only found it because we made sure to RING THE BICYCLE BELL NEXT TO THE DOOR. Antonia said he's always there, they just keep the doors closed to cut down on theft, I think.

This tour was incredible! Our guide Ray was so cool. We saw the political hotspots of Santiago and tried some ice cream! It was really brilliant and Ray was amazing! Thank you!

Hey,
We do have seats for kids, but we wouldn't recommend taking along a 6-month year old, given that the ride can be bumpy and the streets can be rough.
We do however have seats and trailers that would be perfect for a 3 year old!

thanks for coming back to us.
The meeting point is 12 km away from our office in Loreto 6 but very good connected to public traffic. You get there by metro (Stop Quilín) + taxi. Bikes are waiting at the vineyard!

Guleoni boa tarde! Eu não sei te dizer. Provavelmente vc poderá consultar agências de turismo que fazem esse tipo de serviço. Eu contratei um transfer para o Valle Nevado com o Sr Miguel que faz vários passeios, inclusive vinicolas. Uma pessoa muito simpática, pontual, com ótimo custo beneficio. O Whatzap dele é +56 9 9615 2993. Porém a Vinicola Cousino Macul fica muito fácil de fazer a visita, pois o metro para em uma estação que fica distante 5 minutos de taxi da vinícola. No site da vinícola explica direitinho com é o acesso. E a vinícola é muito bonita. Vale a pena. Espero ter ajudado. Boa Viagem!!

Hello there, the LBV office is about 5-10 blocks walking from any place in downtown. We are next to the Fine Artes Museum which is located on the northern edge of downtown. Everything is 15 min walk in downtown Santiago.
