Absolutely first class service from start to finish. The team planned a brilliant itinerary for me. I really wouldn’t have been able to do that by myself. Could not recommend more highly!

We had the BEST time in Peru. Mark was amazing to work with and our itinerary was perfect. All our guides were amazing and every.single.detail was planned out perfectly. We had lots of transfers from buses and boats and planes and trains and everything went so smoothly. Mark was always accessible on WhatsApp to answer questions before and during the trip. He really put thought into our itineary adjusting some things as we were traveling on New Years Eve when he knew there would be traffic/early closures to ensure we had the best time.
I have travel anxiety and worries about missing connections, not knowing where to go etc and ILE tours was amazing helping layout all the details and answering all my questions. A huge shout out to our driver and guide in Cusco for being so helpful with a car sick family member. The roads in the Andes are no joke.
I can't recommend this tour company more and we can't wait to plan our next trip with them.

It's not us it's you! You brought that great traveler attitude with you and that is what made your trip such a success. You did not have an easy itinerary so a great attitude is what was needed to keep things on track, your family happy and not get overwhelmed about what is happening the next day. Our trip to Peru with ILE Tours was great experience. We enjoyed every moment, we saw a lot and our time was very well used. Mark was approachable and flexible from the beginning of our conversation. He managed to accommodate all our requests and to fit the program to our needs. He was available all the time while we were in Peru. Everything was very well organized, we always had a person who would escort us from point A to point B. Transportation and guides were professional. I recommend ILE Tours as a highly reliable tourist organization.

This is my third trip to Peru and I have always used the services of Iletours! They always offer the best options for your trips, in comfortable vehicles, best hotel options with good cost-benefit, better safety and all support in case of need. Undoubtedly the best of Cusco!

History, beauty and new friends. The Inca’s were great astronomers, farmers and inventors. We had the best guides on our excursions; people who passionately want the Inca history and language to be preserved. The tours were delivered with pride.
Mark and his Company put everything together seamlessly; from the flights to hotels, meals and home stay on the Isle of Amantani. My itinerary was modified from the rest of our group so that I could attend my nieces wedding. Mark made sure that transportation and accommodations were firmly in place and we never felt unattended. The first trip ever without a hiccup. I look forward to more adventures with Mark and ILE Tours.

We hope the rest of your trip, after you departed Peru was all you hoped it would be. It would have been a shame to miss Machu Picchu so we are glad we could adjust your itinerary so you would not miss the best Peru has to offer. Everything worked out seamlessly in the end. Mark and his family made us part of his family. I would not use anyone but him and his agency for a trip to Peru. Whatever and whenever we needed anything he provided it. He and his family hiked along with us. It was a wonderful experience.

Over the last decade I have traveled to Peru on many occasions, usually accompanying small groups of travelers interested in the history of the Inca Empire and the Spanish conquest. I have been collaborating with the good people at ILE Tours since I started these excursions and they are always the most attentive, considerate and accommodating agency to work with. I look forward to conducting many more of these culturally enriching excursions and would only consider working with ILE Tours. They are the very best and I highly recommend them for all your travel needs to South America.

Our trip was well organized and provided unique opportunities to experience the people and culture of Peru. This would have been impossible to do without professional guidance from ILE. One particular moment involved negotiating a blocked rural mountain road with local trades people. Without careful calculated tactics, our eventual hike/horse ride and camp out would have been either delayed or eliminated. This could not have been done without knowledgeable local guides who understand the people and culture of Peru. I’d offer ten stars but this rubric only allows 5. Rob NY, USA

oh boy you said it! Never a dull moment traveling the back roads of Peru! Not all passengers would appreciate having to get out of the vehicle to fix the road to get to our destination but your guys were all over it AND that we couldn't appreciate more. Never complaining but creating great memories instead. We love taking groups where few travelers go, to see the "real" Peru not on the tourist circuit.
Thank you for your kind words and we'd do it all over again for anybody with your great attitudes.

Beginning to end, this was the greatest trip to Southern Peru. Mark & Milagros care as much about your trip as you do. They are so friendly and personable that I felt more like an out of state relative being shown around than a paying client of a touring company. The various experiences they offer can be life changing. Make sure you book an overnight on Antamani Island in Lake Titicaca with a host family.
Our guide Hamilton was very knowledgeable about Inca history, flora, fauna and indigenous culture that no question went unanswered. He's a true gentleman and scholar.
I recommend reading "Last Days of the Incas" by Kim MacQuarrie if you're heading to the Sacred Valley or any of the lesser known Inca sites. The book gives a great base of knowledge of Spanish conquest and Inca history and will help you get the most out of your trip.
The trip was perfect.
