OMGoodness! This was one of our most favorite tours in Peru! Jennyfer was an exceptional chef and instructor! She's fun personable, friendly, and overall delightful. The tour of Mercado San Pedro was interesting and educational. The cooking experience was phenomenal! We made our own Pisco Sours and two dishes, which were delicious! Highly recommend this tour! Ask for Jennyfer!

"This restaurant is filthy and completely disorganized; everything feels improvised with no clear plan in place. It was a total scam and a waste of time. The owner, who happened to be there dealing with a problem, was incredibly rude and lacked any empathy; he's only interested in making money and doesn’t care about his customers or suppliers—I even witnessed him yelling at them. The place is spacious, but as I mentioned, it's dirty. The staff is friendly, but it seems they have no other choice, given that they're working under such a tyrant of an owner. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place and wouldn't return even if it were free."

What a worth while experience. Our guide and chef Lucero was amazing. She picked us up at our hotel, took us to a local market for a little shopping for fruit and veggies then off to the kitchen. There we learned how to make a fantastic pisco sour along with a 3 course meal, each dish delicious and reproducible at home in Canada. We have recipes and great pictures to remember this experience. Highly recommend this activity for anyone who enjoys food.

Absolutely wonderful last experience in Peru! Our chef Lu was kind, caring, and very good at explaining. We very much enjoyed every minute. Highly recommended.

It really was a delicious experience in every way, the tour of the market with the chef was a pleasure, then at Toproof Kitchen we prepared pisco sour and the food... simply spectacular... we only owed the glass of wine (which was on the offer), but the truth is that I was ready for the pisco sour, so I didn't order it, nor did I bother! 100% recommended!

This was a lovely experience! The space was beautiful and clean, Jennifer spoke near perfect English and the food we made was tasty and healthy. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location on the rooftop of Peru, Cooking at its finest. Expert guidance on preparation of classic Peruvian cuisine. A lot of fun! Great atmosphere!!!

Wir waren zuerst am Markt San Pedro. Das war eher enttäuschend, da man nicht für die spätere Mahlzeit eingekauft hat, sondern zu Verkaufsständen von Schokolade Kaffee und Fruchtsäften gebracht wurde.
Die Location war wirklich sehr schön. Man hat einen rund um Blick über Cusco.Es war alles vorbereitet und nach einem Pisco sauer gab es eine Vorspeise und anschließend eine Lokal typische Hauptspeise. Unsere beiden Köchinnen Jennifer und Tamara waren sehr kompetent und haben alles erklärt. einen Punkt Abzug gab es dafür, dass der Chef es nicht einmal der Mühe wert fand uns zu begrüßen und stattdessen mit Sonnenbrille und arrogantem Blick das Lokal verließ.

Pro: Our instructor was really nice and the location is pretty cool. Taste of the food and also the Pisco sour was really good.
Con: Not so much a cooking class as a let’s put stuff together event. Pretty much everything was already cut and ready to toss in the pot. The actual cooking took up 20 minutes at most. Considering this it was more or less an expensive lunch in a nice location with a brief view into the kitchen.
It was also interesting to go to the market, however it would have been cool to actually buy stuff to prepare later. Instead it was a rather unrelated additional point on the agenda.

A tour of the San Pedro Market by our Chef Xavier, was as amazing as our class, which followed immediately after the market tour. We were taught the “proper way” to make a Pisco Sour as well as a lovely quinoa salad and trout tiradito -using all local ingredients. Ingredients are customized for any food restrictions or allergies.
The modern kitchen is large enough for big groups or comfortable enough for a couple, with beautiful views of the city. I highly recommend this experience with Xavier -a very knowledgeable and genial Chef!

I do not know but I suspect they would as they seemed very flexible. I suggest you ask them. We love the experience and hope you will too.
