There were 8 of us staying 2 nights at the Swissotel Lima and on our second night we had drinks and dinner at the bar. While the food was very good, our waiter/bartender, Luis Rodriguez, was phenomenal. Great service and very skilled. He came up with a couple of custom drinks on the spot and let us name them. A visit well remembered

El bar del Swiss Hotel tiene varios bartenders, agradables y si desearas pasar un momento de buenos cocteles, sabrosos y diferentes. Desde un Cholipolitan, Un Remember me, un Summer Pasion o puedes pedir el tradicional Cosmopolitan. Te hacen sentir como en tu casa, puedes disfrutar de buena comida y buen vino. Una buena conversación y la amabilidad del personal es indiscutible. Me encanta!

Una gran atención y un excelente servicio. Estuvimos en una Grand Room y toda la atención fue por decirlo menos excelente. La cena incluida en el restaurant La Locanda fue muy bien servida y deliciosa. La atención de Cristian fue de 5 estrellas. Sin lugar a dudas volveremos.

Quiero resaltar la excelente atención. Desde un primer momento fuimos atendidos con amabilidad y preocupación de cada detalle. Mil gracias Christian por tu excelente servicio y a la chef Solange por los platillos tan deliciosos en especial los agnolottis. La celebración no pude ser mejor. Mil gracias x los chocolates. Altamente recomendado!!

El día de ayer fui al Lobby bar del Swissotel con unos amigos y realmente quedamos encantados, había un show de Violín espectacular, un barman haciendo otro show por la barra, había un súper ambiente muchas gente, la atención y los tragos A1.
Espero que hagan más eventos como este.

Voy alguna vez de huesped del hotel y es obligatorio hacer la parada en el lobby bar. El servicio es amabilissimo, los piscos espectaculares y el ambiente por la noche con el piano es super relajante... y si quieres al medio dia un excelente sanwich, tambien puede tomartelo perfectamente... la unica pega es que en ese hotel (para mi gusto europeo) el aire acondicionado está demasiado fuerte y hace algo de frio.

Uno de mis mejores lugares lobby bar del Swissotel, el Barman Paulo nos atendió excelente, me pedí un Pisco Sour también me explico la preparación del Pisco s. y también me recomendó un cóctel de autor, uno de los mejores Pisco, y también les encanto a mis amigas, lo recomiendo.
Regresare de nuevo a probar el cóctel de autor.

Every time I arrive to a restaurant or bar they all start with a 5 points as my rule. How you loose points along the night is according to my standards, hospitality, cleanliness and off course the food and drinks. In essence 1) you are welcome, 2) invited to a clean table and 3) enjoy the flavors away.
The lobby bar at the Swiss hotel was a disaster from the beginning till the end. Disconnection from the bartender and the Waitress Sheila couldn’t be more evident. Our waitress was completely disconnected from her only 2 tables to attend (we were the first table). We ordered a Rusty nail and an old fashion. The bartender took 30 mins to prepare the first drink which actually never came because after all that time she got informed that an ingredient was missing (tramboi) so let’s order a Pisco sour instead, no problem there, in the meantime, an old fashion arrived, the drink was lots of ice, soda and bourbon CERO bitters. It was send back and second arrived which rather tasted like n old fashion with the ice completely melted on it , very watery (you know what I mean). At that time arrived the Pisco sour and well, time to drink whatever was served. Food order was placed and honestly for those prices a boring chicken pesto sandwich and plane aji de gallina you are better just going to any buffet. At this point I couldn’t believe the indifference from the waiter and lack of skills of a bartender working in a bar lol. Still tried to give them at least 3 points and tried asking for the bar manager. I was told he was on vacation. I tried asking for the restaurant (la locanda) manager since sometimes they double as bar and restaurant manager in some places. I was told that Oscar stoped working there and new one was busy. Well I tried, we then, settle for reality and tried to enjoy whatever we were experiencing there so, let’s enjoy the live piano player... NOPE, he was stopping songs in the middle to answer his phone or talking with the security guys in the lobby while playing. We learned at least about their vacation plans and some gossip about employees in the hotel. A solid NOPE for this place. Sorry. Check in the pictures the differences on the drinks.

Fuimos con una amigas después del trabajo ha disfrutar de unos tragos en la noche. Nos atendió Paulo, el Barman del Swisssotel. Uno de los mejores Pisco Sour que he probado, por no decir el mejor, atención A1 de parte de Paulo. Definitivamente regresaría!
