“马丘比丘附近最豪华酒店”

跟团游去马丘比丘，安排入住这酒店，在一个乡村地方竟然有这级数的酒店，很印加气氛，由大堂到房间木器甚多，令人舒服，spa也是水准之上，可以一试！

“能与环境和谐共生的建筑设计”

Tambo del Inka, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Valle Sagrado 这么长的旅馆名称，翻译成白话就是：一间位于圣谷(Valle Sagrado)的印加驿站(Tambo del Inka)的豪华精选度假村与SPA(a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa)。站在主建筑前面的广场，看着旅馆连绵斜屋顶建筑，并不高耸，能与背后的山脉很好的搭配。能与环境和谐共生的建筑设计，支持！进入大堂，粗壮而高挑的木柱子，顶起了高耸的大堂气派，随处可见的民俗装饰物，展现了印加帝国的神秘感。入住一楼的Deluxe Room，拉开落地门一看，还有一小块阳台可以坐看外面风景。房间以木质装饰而成，前面大面积的运用传统几何图案，配合暖色调灯光，看来挺温暖。喜欢这里的整体氛围，让人不自觉的就放松心情。

Tambo luxury on amazing journey

Tambo was a great oasis after a long international travel to reach the Sacred Valley on our way to Machu Picchu. The staff are all very attentive. The room was huge with a nice patio to relax in the sun.

I enjoyed the free local beer tasting and the rest of the family enjoyed the aqua-circuit spa treatment. The indoor-outdoor pool is quite unique and actually very warm.

Buffet breakfast was diverse and huge. Dinner was quite nice by the large fireplace and the “chocolate soufflé” for dessert was the perfect yummy finale.

A tad pricey but a great stopping point on an amazing journey.

An outstanding hotel in the Sacred Valley of Peru

This hotel is lovely and quickly became our favorite during our trip to Peru. The rooms and grounds are gorgeous and the setting is on the river. The staff was warm & welcoming and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We had a light dinner/snack in the bar and the food was good. Also had a massage for a full 60 minutes fro the equivalent of around $75 USD! Highly recommend this hotel, it was a pleasurable experience.

Peaceful and luxurious retreat

After the excitement (and physical exertion) of discovering the magical world of the Incas, from Cusco to Machu Picchu, we wanted two days to relax and assimilate all the experiences and impressions of the past 8 days. Tambo del Inka was the perfect spot! Set in spectacular nature (mountains, river and lush indigenous gardens), the hotel has the feel of a spacious lodge, with rich interior decor that celebrates local artisans and culture. The hotel has everything we love about leading Marriott properties everywhere: exceptional service and heavenly beds! Add to this an outstanding Spa with indoor/outdoor pool, an excellent hydrothermal circuit and excellent spa treatments (I recommend the Terepia de Lujo and the facial was very good too). My therapist, Jessica, was excellent. We had ground floor rooms, opening on to a lovely terrace with direct access to the tranquil garden - definitely worth it vs. the other rooms which only have a small balcony. After all that relaxing in the garden and spa, the hotel restaurant completes the indulgent experience. The food - all locally sourced - is divine! Definitely try a Pisco Sour and order Peruvian win - they have some excellent local vintages. All staff are exceptionally helpful and thoughtful, but special mention of Willie and Alexander who really raise the bar on subtly attentive service. We traveled with our 3 children and they were wonderfully welcomed in the hotel. Their highlight was the Andreas Crepe-making class. It was tremendous fun and extremely well organized. The hotel offers a number of other interesting activities, including Pisco Sour mixing and bread-making. Net a truly delightful experience and wonderful way to round off an absolutely amazing trip - PERU SHOULD BE ON EVERY BUCKET LIST!

Enjoyed our stay

Just as the other reviews say, the hotel's setting is just perfect and pictures don't really do it justice. The town of Urubamba is not much to write home about but there are a couple of good restaurants (Casa Colonial, El Huacatay).
The dinner and breakfast at Hawa was excellent and Irma and Willie (among others) took great care of us.
Jossie at the concierge desk was a highlight of the stay as she was extremely helpful, spoke great English and really focused on our preferences for the trip.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to experience the Sacred Valley.

Fantastisch hotel. Kamers zijn ruim en mooi ingericht. Heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant. Walter was onze ober. Super vriendelijk. De spa is absoluut de moeite waard. Top massage gehad. Gaan geheel relaxed onze reis in Peru voortzetten.

Relaxing gorgeous hotel in the beautiful Sacred Valley

My husband and I ended our Peru travels with 3 days at this incredible hotel/ resort. Along with the stunning property itself, which is architecturally awe inspiring and a river/ mountain setting that flows with positive energy, the staff made our trip even more memorable.

Breakfast buffet each day is a gourmet extravaganza. So many healthy options from the impeccable tea station, to the detox centre, the seeds and fruit selection was great and the house made granola amazing, just to mention a few of my favourites. Be sure to build in lots of time each morning to slowly savour this experience. Thank you to Eymi for her wonderful service during our breakfasts!

Other highlights for us were the hydrotherapy treatments, which are included in your daily resort fees so be sure to take advantage of them. This series of water treatments is definitely the best we’ve ever experienced at any resort. Allyson is a caring, attentive spa concierge who ensures your hydrotherapy experience is done safely and finishes the treatment nicely and in a very caring, professional manner, thank you Allyson! Don’t miss this, your body will not be able to resist the relaxation!

Finally, the lounge area/ outdoor covered patio is a magical place in the evenings. Service is, once again, impeccable, food and wine delicious from the Sacred Valley region. The atmosphere is unbeatable, quiet and relaxing. Lucie, once again, took wonderful care in serving us. She is such a lovely Peruvian woman and I was so thrilled to see her again after my last visit here 5 years ago when she had only just begun serving at this hotel. Congratulations on your 5 year anniversary Lucie!
