Small mosque located of main square area, visually from outside great and photos look really good, once inside not the best but ok.
Historical Mosque for city that is very popular for tourist to see. Tower next door is really nice to see and photograph.

Piccola moschea al lato della piazza Scanderberg come tante altri luoghi di culto venne chiusa durante la dittatura comunista .
Sotto il portico vi sono dei disegni particolari perché rappresentano alberi, cascate e ponti, motivi che si vedono raramente nell'architettura islamica. Questo perché sono stati affrescati da maestranze non musulmane bensì da veneziani.
Visitabile tutti i giorni in orari precisi.

This mosque is opposite Skanderbeg square and in front of the van that's sells traditional Albanian wear. The mosque us beautiful when lit up at nights and of course you can hear the call to prayer at different times throughout the day.
If you intend to enter you mist remove your shoes and women cover your head with a scarf. Because it's small , you can see everything in less than 30 minutes.

Questa piccola ma splendida moschea si trova sulla piazza Skandenberg e si può visitare a certi orari. Dentro è stata magnificamente restaurata con affreschi colorati nelle due sale.

È una moschea piccola ma bella che si trova ai margini della piazza Scanderbeg e si inserisce in modo armonioso in questo luogo in cui si fondono vari tipi di architettura.

Ora aqui está uma mesquita bem no centro da cidade , mesmo ao lado da Praça Skanderberg . não é muito grande . Parece que foi construída em 1821 . No entanto , está muito bem conservada porque foi restaurada em 2021 em cooperação com o Ministério da Cultura turco e o da Albânia . O rexterior tem assim belos pormenores arquitetónicos . Também o interior está ornamentado com alguns vitrais e tem um teto bonito . Não é muito grande mas , acho que merece uma visita

Edhem Beyova mešita je historická mešita v Tiraně, hlavním městě Albánie. Nachází se v samém centru města, na Skanderbegově náměstí, přímo několik metrů od jeho sochy. Mešita je nejstarší dochovanou stavbou ve městě, její výstavba byla zahájena roku 1789 a skončila v roce 1823, kdy ji dokončil Hadží Edhem Bey, po němž také nese jméno. Během období Hodžova režimu byla mešita zavřena, avšak jako jediná náboženská stavba svého druhu přežila násilnou ateizaci, při níž se srovnala se zemí většina kostelů a mešit. 18. ledna 1991, jako symbol pádu socialismu, do ní vstoupily davy lidí s vlajkami. Od této doby slouží tak stavba svému účelu, je však ale též otevřena pro návštěvníky. Interiér stavby je bohatě zdobený; v malbách se objevují stromy, vodopády, květiny a mosty. Kromě toho lze ale také spatřit živé tvory, velmi neobvyklý prvek v islámském umění.

What time does the Mosque open at and what time does it close? I am hoping to visit on either Monday 2nd July or Tuesday 3rd?

Normally the Mosque is open all the day, but unfortunately it is under reconstruction by the government. I dont have detailed information if it will be open to visitors. Whereas for praying is closed. If you go to city center you can pas by, maybe they let you in.
