First off we have been to panama before and was not interested in the package tours. It was very difficult to locate a company to do the things we wanted. across this Just the river tour and monkey island. I came across this company on TA.They provided airport transfer with a driver that spoke no english in a vehicle that barely held our luggage at the same price we paid to get back to the airport in a van twice the distance away from where they dropped us off.
The same driver took us to Soberiana for $110 markup over the tour we did there. Seriously!! We were in the car for 45 mins each way with a mute. We could not ask about the things we were seeing along the way. Initially I had thought the price included the Aerial Tram because of unclear communication. But they were quick to collect their monies up front.
Double check their prices with other operators. We had an amazing 5 hour birding trip with white hawk birding for less money.

We had an amazing 2 weeks in Panama. Panoramic Panama arranged for day trips from Panama city as well as to transportation to beach hotels along the coast. Very professional and everything went as promised

Panoramic arranged a great vacation for us in Panama which covered both coasts and Panama city. The highlights was boating and snorkeling around Coiba, surfing in Santa Catalina, hanging out at Punta Caracol and an afternoon visiting an Embera village. Great guides and fantastic experiences for us and our daughters.

We found Panoramic Panama on-line and booked them to pick us up at the airport upon arrival and to take us on a customized day tour and kayaking the following day. Our experience was fantastic! Gilma regularly corrsponded with us to give us the details and meeting times/places. Airport pick-up went smoothly. Our guide the following day was Teo and he was AMAZING. He had so much knowledge of Panamanian history, politics, geography, etc. that we spent all of our time driving in the van asking him questions. They arranged for us to be able to kayak at Gamboa Resort in the morning near where the ships wait to transit through the locks. We then proceeded to go to the Miraflores locks, Casco Viejo and several other sights. We were supposed to end around 3pm but because our group took a little longer at a few sights, Teo was happy to make sure we saw everything we had planned to and didn't end until 3:45pm. Kudos to Panoramic Panama for running a top class operation!

We found Panoramic Panama after sticker-shock at the prices on Gray Line (which we use often when touring abroad). We made arrangements via email and did tours of the Panama Canal Visitors Center with City Tour, Canal Boat Tour, Embrera Village Tour and Portobello and Forts Tour. Our guide, Austin, was punctual, knowledgeable, spoke impeccable English, and had a real feel for the history of the sites visited. We could not have been happier with him. Gilma at the office was also fabulous. She was able to make several changes to our plans late in the game (when a friend decided to join us) and kept everything running smoothly. I recommend the company very highly and would use them again anytime.

My wife and I recently traveled to Bosca del Toro off the northwest coast of Panama in the Caribbean. Since we did not know what to do and where to go in these tropical islands, we called our travel agent Gustavo (6615-4415) in Panama City. Gustavo speaks English, Spanish, Cantonese, and Mandarin fluently.
Gustavo arranged airport transfers in Panama City and booked a hotel room with ocean view in Bocas Town for us. This hotel is located at the ocean front within walking distance from water taxi, bus station, restaurants, shops, and the only ATM in town. The price included full breakfast for two of us.
We enjoyed the catamaran sailing and snorkeling tour with Capt Marcel, bus tour to Bocas del Drago and Starfish Beach, and sightseeing tour in Bastimentos National Marine Park with Capt Milano.
While walking around Bocas Town, we found an excellent Chinese restaurant named Kun-Ja near our hotel. The owner / chef used to be the Chef at Lung Fung Restaurant in Panama City before moving to Bocas some 20 years ago.
After all the excitements in Bocas Town, we took a water taxi to Dolphins Bay, a great place to watch dolphins from water taxi or on land.
My wife and I had a fun vacation in Bocas del Toro and returned home with fond memories and suntan on our faces. In retrospect, Gustavo pointed us in the right direction and set the tone for our island hopping. TripAdvisor’s reviews gave us great ideas to plan water sports and sightseeing activities ahead of time. We appreciate all the useful information and tips, and definitely recommend this tour to our family and friends.

Travel agency - Panoramic Panama - arranged for 18Czech tourists excellent tours, delicisous meals in local restaurants and Folklor Evening...
Much thanks for everything Mrs Gilma Martinez who cared for us did super job and created the best memories for all of us...
I can only recommend this travel agency for groups who are going to visit Panama City...

Two friends and I have visited Panama in 2013, 2014 and this year and have found Gilma to be of great assistance. Although we have not done tours (except one very good day trip on the first visit) with the company, Gilma has arranged and booked some of our lodging, Tocumen airport transfers, internal flights, and restaurant reservations seamlessly. The taxis always showed up at the appropriate time, even when it was 5 am. Her email communications were always prompt. Her customer service has been exemplary and I would certainly seek her assistance on any future visits. Although we did not need to contact her for any additional help while in Panama, I am confidant she would have been of assistance if it were needed.

We were 11 people from Canada that we used Panoramic Panama for transportation within Panama. We had private drivers that were all very professional. Only one thing preventing us to give a 5 star for the service was a really small bus we had when we travelled from Panama City to Boquete (we were told it was 15 seater - a Toyota Hiance 2013 - but we all sat uncomfortably the whole trip). We had very good buses for the rest of our trip, once we paid an extra, small fee.

Dear Carmen.
I'm very sorry you weren't happy with the 15-seater Toyota Hiace that we quoted, although I'm glad to hear that swapping it for a 30-seater Coaster for the journey back from Bocas del Torro to Panama City was more comfortable for you.
Your comfort and security are always our priority, which is why we used a brand-new 2015 model for the first trip instead of the 2013 originally quoted. We apologise if the drive from Panama City to Boquete at night was not easy and with bad roads, but we hope at least that our decision to use 2 bi-lingual drivers instead of 1 was to your pleasure.

With a family of six (2 adults and 4 children) there were lots of moving parts - hotels, pickups, tours, and flights. Gilma at Panoramic Panama was extremely responsive, very detailed oriented and there were NO issues. I would use Panoramic Panama again in a heartbeat. Very professional and helpful.
