Amazing chocolate

We stopped by after seeing them on TripAdvisor and we were not disappointed!! We walked in and the girl at the counter got someone who spoke English and he was fantastic explaining the different chocolates and guiding us to what we might like.. We wanted to try their corn chocolate since it sounded so interesting and he gave us a complimentary one to try. It was very good you could taste roasted corn mixed with the chocolate, a very different combination but oh so good. While we were eating he explained the process how they make that particular chocolate candy and the reason they chose to do it. If you can make a stop there and you like chocolate you will be very happy!

Without any doubt, the best chocolates in Panama!

Real Belgian tradition and the best cocoa from all over the world, these are the best chocolates you can purchase in Panama. Forget every other brand of chocolates, at least until today.
Great service, and they let you try a couple before buying.
Of course, they are not cheap, but what good chocolate is?
Suggestion: Citron, Orangettes and the Kosher ones.

Good Souvenir

There is nothing much to buy in Panama City as souvenir. The chocolate is not bad but it's not out of the World. If you are done with sightseeing or have nothing much to do in the city, there is not harm for a visit.

Absolutely A MUST for the chocolate lover!

I saw La Praline Chocolatier here on Trip Advisor. While my husband was here in Panama working, I had my private tour guide take me here during the week. It's an adorable little shoppe with the kitchen/workshop visible to the side. Even tho I speak and understand enough Spanish, one of the shop owners came out and age was incredibly sweet to explain to me all the different chocolates and filings. I bought a small box of a few types of 'bombones' unsure what he might like.

Once my husband tasted them, he immediately says we just go back ASAP! We went 2 days later on Saturday AM. We bought a much larger box with about every single different type of chocolate they sold.

These are seriously amazing, high quality chocolates. Some of the filings are different combinations than we've seen in the US which was a treat. Flavors were more intense yet delicate. These were seriously rich and satisfying, only being able to eat a few at a time.

Our favorites were Cupido, Tonka, Crocante, Diablico and Venus, but honestly, they are all delicious.

Si viven en Panamá o están de visita, ningún Amante del Chocolate puede dejar de pasar por La Praline a degustar sus deliciosos bombones! La variedad de sabores es increíble, tienen rellenos deliciosos, y además son una obra de arte. Están hechos artesanalmente con chocolate negro, blanco, o de leche.
No dejes de probarlos! Y si además estás buscando un regalito, nada mejor que una caja de chocolates surtidos de La Praline!

A delightful experience!

La Praline Chocolatier in Panama City is an experience not to be missed. The store is irresistible in both, its appearance and its chocolate selection. The assortments of ingredients in their chocolates contain first-class compositions. My favorite praline is Flor de Maracuya --a smooth blend of chocolate and passion fruit. The service is excellent and the store’s charming chocolate presentations and gift boxes are ideal for your next event. I highly recommend visiting this store in your next trip to Panama.

Deliciosos Bombones en Panamá

El lugar ideal para pecar, para salirse de la dieta, para romper la rutina, para lucirte con un lindo regalo. Cada vez que necesito un presente, un pequeño recuerdo de sabor se donde ir. Cada bombón es una explosión de sabores en el paladar. La atención es única, y los bombones son exquisito, además de las otras presentaciones, me encanta también la idea de crear recuerditos para ocasiones especiales.
