My friend bought me a $100 gift card for my birthday. I can to redeem the services in the spa. When I attempted to use the gift card, there were no funds. Upon investigation, my friend was paying her her hair appointment and the women checking her out told her she had a gift card of $100 dollars on her account. She told them she didn’t have any. They laughed and teased her about not remembering someone giving her a gift card. She eventually used it. Needless to say, it was my gift. When they figured it out. No on apologized for their mistake or the inconvenience I was put through. They blamed my friend and not their staff for making the mistake. I will not return if they cannot manage their own computer vending system and have common Curtesy to new clients.

The technician was nice and professional. The service was excellent. I didn't feel 100% comfortable as almost everyone else there were pretty perfect looking, but still it was a good experience.

Today, I went in for the first time for waxing, tinting and nails. Absolutely the most professional, relaxing, CLEAN spa I’ve ever been to in my life! Christy did a fabulous job on my French manicure and Danielle was extremely accommodating with my waxing and tint. Overall, the best experience ever...I cannot wait to go in for a couple’s massage/spa treatment in a few weeks!

Nothing but rude and snooty employees every time I've been in. Stay at home mom, unable to make appointments ahead of time, can only go if husband gets home early. Went in for a manicure and after being asked what service I wanted, suddenly there were "no availabilities" all day. Ive never had to make an appointment before. Meanwhile the entire nail area was empty and the employees were standing around doing nothing. No I dont want to make an appointment for another day, this is the opportunity I had to have my nails done for my daughter's 1st birthday party. Thank you for ruining one of the only times I get to use the car and get out of the house.

It was my birthday and I had made an appointment for a massage, manicure and pedicure. The massage was okay, I met with the young lady that was to do my manicure and pedicure and she asked to see my hands. She asked me if I had came in before to get my nails done. I stated no. She did my pedicure and then announced she couldn't do my nails because they had acrylic on them. I stated you looked at my hands first but you proceeded to do my feet anyway. She went to get the manager, who rudely stated that I could go somewhere else to get my nails done and she would take the nail price off of my package. I stated it is my birthday and I had plans after this. The manager never apologized and stated, that all she could do was remove the nail price. Needless to say, I have never and will not ever go there again.

I've been coming to this location since it opened, and Spa by Debbie continues it's high level of service which I previously experienced at the White Marsh location. The locker rooms are very clean and the waiting room is stocked with lemon infused water and Biscoff cookies, one of my favorites! These small touches are much appreciated! The staff is friendly and accommodating. All of the massage therapists I've had have been wonderful. The soft music playing is very relaxing and I leave this experience very rested.

Absolutely the best everything you need under one roof but be prepared to pay for that. Jessica, Tiffany and Jack are the best there I love getting a beautiful head massage from their shampoo girls I hate to call him shampoo girls because they're way more experience than any person you've ever been to in your life you'll get the best haircut color or process that you need and from the best people around, and you get what you pay for!

I have gone to Spa'sowned and operated by Debbie for more than 20 years. She knows how to do it right! The experience from checkin to checkout will leave you feeling pampered and relaxed. All of the technicians are top notch.
