Easy communication via Whatsapp. The spa is spotless clean. I also went early in the morning so I got to enjoy the sauna on my own. The massage from Sami / Samuel was excellent, I asked for a strong pressure and it was the right amount of pressure and I felt like he untangled the knots on my upper back. Highly recommended.

Rejuvenating experience at Ceiba Porta Spa

I just had a massage at Ceiba Spa and Abigail did an amazing job! The spa has a sauna and steam room, plus relaxation room which I enjoyed prior to my 50 min massage. Lorena at the Spa Reception was amazing, explaining everything in detail and following up. I am looking to book a few more treatments this week!!

Verdaderamente excepcional Un spa muy completo y único. Servicio muy recomendable. Masajistas muy profesionales y atentas. Se centraron en los músculos y ayudo a la tensión crónica del cuerpo y mi esposo y yo agradecemos mucho su servicio. Tienes que aprovechar este servicio cuando vayas a Antigua Guatemala.

Relaxing

Today was my first day in Antigua and my boyfriend and I were looking for some relaxation after doing some hiking in Lake Atitlan. Ceiba Portal Spa was super helpful in booking us for a massage. We had access to the infrared sauna and the steam room right after our massage- exactly what I needed after so much walking! Valentina was my massage therapist today and it was such an incredible experience. She made me feel comfortable and made sure to check in with me before and after the massage to support me in anyway I may have needed. I requested a massage for my legs and even though that was the main focus she made sure my body was well aligned, she included aromatherapy, and covered my eyes with refreshing pads for relaxation. Thank you so much! I’ll be coming back.

Munch needed r and r

Samuel was my masseuse and he was truthfully a miracle worker. After spending the last few days hiking, this was exactly what the doctor ordered. In just 25 minutes I was feeling reborn. The staff is very attentive and the massage gives you access to both saunas and the pool; very worth it.

Lovely experience

I had such a great time at ceiba spa. They really took care of everything. I got the sacred nature ritual which included a massage, facial and exfoliation. Valentina was amazing during the entire process, checking in with me on pressure and making me feel amazing afterwards. I highly recommend!
