Absolut katastrophal! Wir waren 2x dort, beim ersten Mal wurde uns gesagt wir müssen eine halbe Stunde warten, aus dieser halben Stunde wurden 75 Minuten. Bei brütender Hitze..
Beim zweiten Mal wurden wir gebeten eine 1/4 Stunde zu warten. Gesagt getan. Nach 45 Minuten kam die Dame endlich auf uns zu und meinte: sorry aber ihr müsst nochmal eine halbe Stunde warten. Es haben Leute die den Chef kennen angerufen und die werden nun bevorzugt behandelt. Absolut frech.
Auch die Ansagen der jungen Dame waren ein Witz. Ich gebe jedem nur den Tipp: Fahrt nach Sukosan, dort an der Promenade ist ein Jet Ski Verleih, bei diesem wird man viel besser behandelt und die Preise sind 10 Prozent günstiger! (Zadar: 1/2 Std 550 Kuna / Sukosan das gleiche 500 Kuna) und man kann viel weiter aufs offene Meer fahren! Ich würde hier nie wieder nur einen müden Euro ausgeben, denen geht es halt schon zu gut im I8.

Super freundliche Begrüßung.

Wir haben zwei Jetski für vier Personen gemietet. Es war ein Hammer-Erlebnis, das uns wahnsinnig viel Spaß gemacht hat.
Das Meer war etwas unruhig, daher haben wir die Jetskis nicht ausgereizt. Die Geschwindigkeit war aber auch ohne Vollgas super.
Die Jetskis sind über GPS gesteuert. Wenn man das vorgegebene Areal verlässt, dann schaltet der Motor runter und man muss umdrehen. Wenn man dann wieder innerhalb des Areals ist, geht die Post wieder ab.
Das Anmieten war unkompliziert, nach einer kurzen Einweisung ging es schon los.
Die Kosten für 15 bzw. 30 Minuten sind etwas geringer als andere Jetski-Vermieter in der Umgebung von Zadar.

Wir waren zu viert und haben uns 2 Jet Ski für 30 Minuten geliehen und ich wollte gar nicht mehr zurück an Land! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und witzig und erklärten uns alles in Ruhe. Schwimmwesten waren in unterschiedlichen Größen verfügbar und in sehr gutem Zustand. Gerne wieder!

If you're looking for a company with crappy customer service, look no further. I've never come across a company with customer service that actively works against both customer and the company itself. I've sent a message via the contact form on the webpage on the 30.06.2018. I haven't received any reply. I've sent another message via the form on the 30.07.2018, again without any reply. I've decided to call the company the following day in the morning to book a trip this way. They've answered that they will get back to me in the afternoon, which they didn't until 5:30PM (the office closes at 6PM). They've also explained that they had "server issues" and couldn't reply to my previous messages via the webpage form. That's a blatant lie, as the server issues apparently weren't severe enough to prevent the server from sending me an automated reply "We'll get back to you as soon as possible". I called the office 3 times. The first two times weren't answered and the third one was rejected. I received a text asking to text them. I've found that severely unprofessional and expressed my dissatisfaction in the reply. The company's reply was even more interesting, as apparently they were too busy serving their clients to answer the phone. Fair enough, that's a vital part of any business. A strange thing though is that such a "busy" company has not enough bookings for the rest of the week so there are no available tours. If they only spent a couple minutes a month ago I easily would have joined any of the tours today (31.07.2018) and gladly spent my money on what was supposed to be one of the highlights of my holidays. For a company that wants to charge 300EUR for a tour you would expect them to at least know how to write a bloody email.
I got a text the following day asking if I'm still interested in one of the shorter tours. Despite the experience so far, I agreed. The tour was supposed to start at 9AM, so my wife and I arrived 15 minutes beforehand expecting some kind of introduction etc. The guide didn't come until 9:20, didn't bother to say hello and disappeared for another 20 minutes. After that he arrived with a group of people who apparently were correctly informed that the tour starts closer to 10AM. A bit frustrated we asked if he has a GoPro which was advertised on the website. As it turned out, the guide didn't know English almost at all, which is an unfortunate coincidence in a customer facing role in a tourist place with lots of foreigners, but he managed to say "no GoPro". This being the straw that broke the camel's back we decided not to participate and call the company. After a short discussion culminating in being asked "What is your problem sir?" I disconnected. Apparently they "do" have the cameras, can bring them etc. just for some reason didn't inform their own employee properly.
Still wanting to do some water sports 2 days later, we came again, this time trying to rent stand up paddleboard, also advertised on the website. This time a nice lady who could actually speak explained that they do not rent paddleboards and pointed us to a couple places in Zadar. Just to contrast, the exact quote from the website says "We rent and deliver inflatable Stand up paddle anywhere in Zadar area.". This unfortunately doesn't include the location of their own office.
Maybe when you actually manage to use the advertised services they will be fun, but we weren't given a chance. Solid 0/5, the most disgusting customer service I've ever encountered.

We were looking for something interesting to do while spending some time in Zadar and came across the Jetski Center in Bibinje, just outside of Zadar. We rented a couple of jet skis and had a blast! The water was calm and blue. The team at Jetski Center helped us with our lifejackets, provided some safety instructions and let us on our way. Thanks for the cool experience, we will visit you again next time!

Si estas interesado/a en alquilar un jetski este es el mejor centro, los precios son muy razonables 200 kuna/10 min el servicio es muy acogedor y simpatico . Lo recomiendo

Muss man eine Bootlizenz oder sonstiges besitzen? dürfen auch unter 18 jährige fahren?
