The Bigar Waterfall (srb. Vodopad Bigar) is considered to be one of the hidden gems of Eastern Serbia. It is situated right along the regional road between Pirot and Knjaževac, thus it is quite easy to find it and visit it. The waterfall is simply mesmerizing and unique in its beauty. Only until recent years has it been discovered by tourists and regularly visited, but, the important fact is that it hasn't been polluted or ruined. That is why you should definitely visit the Bigar Waterfall and enjoy it and the rest of the magnificent Stara planina mountain range!

Nedaleko za vesnicí Kalna se nachází hned u silnice Vodopad Bigar. Velmi pěkné místo, kde jsou i prodejci suvenýrů a místních produktů. Stojí za to vyprovit se proti proudu řeky, kdy dojdete k dalšímu menšímu vodopádu a posléze i ke kostelu Sv. Onufrije

There are many places of excursion on Stara Planina, and the valley of the Bigar stream stands out as geologically particularly interesting, with a waterfall of over 35 meters high; the gorge of the Rosomac River and the gorge of Vladika's plates, as well as Babin's tooth, with a ski center. Villages are scattered along Stara planina, and sometimes remain completely cut off due to snow during winter.
For the tour of Stara Planina it is best to have a guide or go through some tourist organization.

Pored krivudavog puta Knjaževac – Pirot, nalazi se omiljeno stajalište putnika – Bigreni vodopad na Stanjinskoj reci. U blizini je malo mesto Kalnik i naravno Babin zub. Vodopad je zanimljiv, lepo je uredjeno, ispred njega ima klupice sa stolovima, pogodno je za parkiranje automobila i autobusa. Takodje je lepo izletiste i park prirode za ekskurzije i razne vrste poseta.
