Amazing experience with Diana. Excellent customer service throughout the whole procedure from selecting the stone to choose and custom design the appropriate setting. They even delivered my ring in my location in very short time notice without my girlfriend notice. Definitely will buy from them again. Highly recommended thank you again!!!

The staff was very welcoming, helpful, responsive and friendly. They really helped in setting up a pickup for rings by another person. Throughout the whole process the DIANA team was there to help. The production of the ring was very fast and the rings are beautiful! It's the second time we purchase from DIANA, and they deliver fully! Would recommend DIANA to anyone looking for quality engagement or wedding rings.

Love them 🫶 I prefer taking my gemstones to Diana only..as with experience I know they are the one of the safest to deal with in Dubai. They customize jewelry with utmost care and I know I can be absolutely complacent.
Robert is a pro in gemstones..so this time when he was checking my sapphires..I was really nervous as they are for astrological purposes and I traveled all the way to Jaipur to buy them. I worked very hard and shortlisted them in about 3 months after seing over 60 yellow sapphires.
At Diana’s, they consider the most intricate details and make the most aesthetic jewelry.
I really love that they gave me 3D options to chose my designs from and were happy to make amends to my shortlisted design..I was a bit on tight schedule this time and they really helped me by customizing my 2 yellow sapphire rings on time.
One of my rings is 360 degree rotational and can also be worn as a pendant..and my other ring is neither straight nor angled..it’s asymmetrical and covering my entire index finger..they also made them into the most delicate sleekest bezel setting as requested..so the focus and beauty is primarily on the gemstones..people back home are totally in awe of my beautiful rings and I couldn’t be anymore thankful.
Cheers team Diana for yet another signature products this time. Look forward to many more from you in the near future 🫶

Husband and I went with 2 days to spare before we left Dubai looking for a diamond ring as a 25th wedding anniversary upgrade of my wedding ring. The team at Diana jewelry were very helpful and professional. They helped us design a ring with a diamond that was readily available but made sure it met all our requirements. They helped us pick a setting and wedding band also that was really beautiful. The cost was also very reasonable and way under budget. They could have easily said that the time was too short for making the ring but they went above and beyond to make sure we had the ring ready before we left Dubai. The end result is something we love and will cherish for many years. We will definitely use them for future purchases.

Fantastic service. Incredibly communicative and pleasant. A very good range of rings and stones at a very good price because there are no intermediaries. If you plan to visit the premises to look at rings, it is good to know that they are located in an industrial area because manufacturing and sales take place in the same place. We were close to leaving because we thought we were in the wrong place, but we are very happy that we dared to talk to the guard at the building. Report at the entrance and bring your ID. We arrived at the drop-in, but recommend to notify your arrival in advance. Keep in mind that if you buy rings on site, it takes a few weeks to make them. You can of course order online and pick up at a visit. You get a 3D drawing of the rings before they are manufactured that is identical to the finished result. Good luck!

I initially went to collect a diamond to my friend and I was looking for a diamond and ring for my engagement as well. I didn't need to search further as my encounter with them left a solid impression. I received my ring exactly as I wanted and as shared in the 3d model. Highly recommended, would buy from them again.

I brought an engagement ring and 2 wedding rings. Diana was very helpful, she suggested the diamond and ring type for the engagement ring and was very cooperative with the payment method: since I live in Ethiopia I don’t have a credit card. Overall I am very satisfied with their service.
